It wasn't difficult to predict we would struggle in this game, and having to play Pollock made that an inevitability.

I thought Pollock's nervousness even prior to the first goal helped to cause panic amongst the rest of our team, with Pollock giving the ball away with all his passes and that making the other players around him have to second-guess their own passes to avoid giving the ball to him. His error for their first goal just compounded the sense of panic in the side.

For the second and third goals it was just Millwall being Millwall. Cooper won the flick-on from the set-piece for both goals and we simply don't have any personnel available to match him in the air. Only Sierralta could maybe have competed. Pushing two players to try and fail to match Cooper in the air just added to the gaps in our defence for them to score from.

I can't really blame Bilic for today. Millwall are flying at home right now and we just don't have the players available to compete in games such as this - even without so many defensive injuries it would have been tough. I also think Bilic will know this as well as anyone, and will be pi55ed off about the state of the squad and the mentality showed out there. I don't see us bringing in a better manager at this level this season and rather hope we listen to him if we suggests any additions in January.

Mentally and physically. Those ****s from down the road will be looking to scrap anyone and everyone if they get the chance to.

WTE is actually a great progressor of the ball and I believe he ranks very highly on passing metrics.

The grass is always greener, don't take what you have for granted. For how much stick he gets WTE is decent for this level compared with players like Pollock.

That's the first time this season I have spent the entire game in the Shout Box. You know why? It was 100 times more entertaining than what we were doing on the pitch. Pollock totally at fault for the first goal - but he was a rabbit lost in the headlights for 90 minutes with no support from anyone all game. Sarr couldn't be arsed, Kamara had nightmare all game, Bachmann was average at best. WTE was poor, Choudhury was useless, Bayo sent a header into orbit and Louza got injured.

    WHAT A FANTASTIC NIGHT!!

Get out of here Gino and take Dux and Bayat with you. Bilic isn't the problem here, we know that. He's working with a busted flush. I cannot be bothered to write anymore right now... just utterly beside myself with disgust for that performance and the attitude of the players' stunk.

Luton next? Derby? Might have to sleep in all day.

@Jumbolina - oh dear, I really did put my foot in it with this answer to an earlier question of yours though! Because we now have lost Louza and in a way I didn't assume!

I still think though that in line with the rest of my answer that this Millwall game is/was the most difficult out of our next run of fixtures.

It's obvious now that the squad isn't up to promotion quality regardless of who is the coach, many of our so called 'stars' are lazy ball jugglers who couldn't care less and are very overrated.

Promotion is impossible unless squad is strengthened winter window.

Sad thing not that shocked really.

Just too predictable - so weak physically .

Never seen us beat Luton at home live - not holding out much hope of that happening Sunday but this is a funny league .

Might feel like a Luton home game by HT!

There is a good chance we beat Luton, which will be a convenient temporary distraction from the absolute shambles that is our club.

Won’t matter if he does or doesn’t. The team gets out of this piddly league anyway.

For instance - Kayembe? A beast at this level.

We didn’t lay a glove on Millwall after Louza went off, not that we did with him on the pitch. Can’t see us creating much against a motivated, aggressive and nasty Luton side.

There is nothing more I can add to my hatred of these players…or our owner…or the back room staff…or some of our fam base

so…did you know there’s a fruit that tastes of chocolate pudding. Black sapote has another irresistible name: the chocolate pudding fruit. According to Good Morning America, the fruit—native to Central and South America—tastes like sweet custard with a hint of chocolate. When it's fully ripe, the flavor (and consistency) has been described as a dead ringer for chocolate pudding.

It really depends on the injury situation, and depending on how that pans out then if we can bring in one or two reinforcements with a bit of bottle in January. I'm not going to rule it out, though of course some things will have to change and improve for it to happen.

We won't have many tougher games than that all season, unless we come up against Millwall in the playoffs perhaps, in which case they'll likely knock us out.

We've seen that generally we play better at home, and also that playing passing teams like Norwich suits us. We clearly struggle the most away at the most physical sides.

It won't matter anyway. We will be nowhere near the playoffs on these showings and will be fighting against playing at Charlton at Ipswich next season. We are on a road to "doing a Sunderland" by the looks of it. Nothing will ever get better unless changes happen off the pitch. But it won't, because Gino will cut and run when we are on the brink of disaster. He's still got Udinese to fall back on... he doesn't give a crap. Players' don't care, Sunday means nothing to them. Shell of a club that was brought out of the shadows by GT and EJ.

Does Billic get a payout if he walks? He looks defeated already, I see him walking if it doesn’t affect his money.

11 years of Pozzo, great memories aside we’re practically back to where we were before they took over, in financial trouble, desperate for a miracle and a proper average Championship side incapable of stringing two wins together.

Glen Murray on Sky Sports saying if you’re a player on a long contract at Watford, you know you’ll outlast the manager so if he’s not picking you you’ll probably give up knowing a new man will walk in soon.

That’s a man who played here before. We can all see that mentality on the pitch most weeks.

I miss MY Watford. The Watford who weren’t the best team in the world, but who had players who CARED and worked hard for the shirt. This isn’t my Watford anymore.

We’ve become a dumping ground for Bayat/Udinese duds and I ****ing hate it.

Gino is ruining everything I used to love about this club.

That’s the thing right, is the success worth it? We go up again, maybe even make another fist of it, expand the capacity, another cup final.

But sack another 12 head coaches to get there, will anyone genuinely be happy with that?

It feels so far gone for Gino here, it’ll take a radical change on his policies and behaviour to regain love and trust IMO.

To me, Bili* looks like a man who can't believe what he's seeing. A man who's been round the block, played and battled in games at all levels and he been given a bunch of mummy's boys, who aren't prepared to get stuck in and can't do the basics when the pressure rises.

I think he's an honest guy, a man who knows football tactics and motivation and he is at a total loss on what to do with this lot.

It's not on him, it's not on Edwards, it's total and utter mismanagement at the highest level l

I dread to think what would happen to this squad if they managed to get promoted: Can you imagine them in the Premier League? I mean, it doesn't seem likely, of course, but there are people still talking about the possibility of Bilic turning them around.

That was as pathetic as I have seen it. I don't care losing, it happens quite often but it's the manor of defeat that is so painful. The second we went 1 down it was like everyone found out their mum just died, not a single leader to rally the troops and Pollock had an absolute shocker. Thought it couldn't get worse than kabasele but it just did. You wouldn't have him in your Sunday league team.

Never seen so much discontent among watford fans but it was great to finally hear anti pozzo chants. It's been a long time coming and who can honestly defend them anymore?
