Very interesting response from Aidy: "Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd (on winning just once in 14 league games this season): "I have not sought the advice of anyone else during this period, and I do not intend to. "For me, it is about experiencing the situation, and finding the way myself. "I am a big one for gathering information, but sometimes it is more important to live something than it is to ask for someone else's opinion." Can be a lonely life as a manager.
why would he not have sought advice. There would have been no shame in sounding out alex fergusson or something. I always saw aidy as the kind of guy who realises theres no harm in gathering knowledge, even if you decide not to use it.
