If we're enquiring about Shakiri and Mertens, we should try our luck with this fella!

Isn't happy at Napoli it seems.

The only drawback being that Arsenal were(and still) probably quite keen on him.

As would most European teams be I assume.

Still, wouldn't hurt to put in a cheeky bid.

We've been snubbed by enough players already, one more won't hurt!

If he's not happy at Napoli you reckon he'll be happy here?

You never know ;). Maybe if we sent him a Zinco's menu he might be persuaded to come.

I think we have a real opportunity to put our name on the map this summer - the club with the most snubs by high profile players.

This isn't a sarcastic post about the club's transfer dealings - quite frankly I'm starting to enjoy us trying to get these players that are our of our league, at least we're giving it a go!

And you never know...one may actually come off!

Be interesting to see who Napoli would throw into the Allan deal if, as reported, Inler doesn't want to move.

Nobody by the sound of it, just increasing the fee Udinese get apparently.

Inler could just stay at Udinese or do they have a replacement for allan already in the ranks?

Almost impossible. Wages too high for our average.
The replacement for Allan is a big big problem. Hopefully Guilherme will be better than last season, of Hallberg might step up.
Or we have to find someone good in this transfer window..

Hello there. Lorenzo Insigne won't play outside Serie A, he barely speaks Italian (most of his words are uttered in dialect) and I don't see him to crack the English books. Nonetheless, he is one of the purest talents around but his attitude and personality do not match his technical skills. The market value is around 25m but I don't feel he will ever move somewhere else. Although not that young anymore (he is 24) many believe his full potential is yet to be fulfilled.
Raised in the youth local team, being the only Neapolitan player in the team (with only two Italian players in the starting 11), we will be waiting for his talent to blossom. Maybe soon, maybe never.

Perhaps Tozser is off to Udine?

Think he'd do well at Udinese or Granada. Some Spanish tweets suggesting Layun is going to Granada also.

If thats the case then I think it means the Iraqi is coming as cover for Holebas

Hi there! I think if Insigne gets a long run in a team he should do well, he seems to get dropped often, maybe because of his size? Or maybe he is just slightly inconsistent.

Not sure, he's started pre-season training now and I doubt they'd give a press conference and a big unveiling for a player they were sending out on loan a few days later.

Good point....although the way this transfer window is going , nothing would surprise me.
