...once in a while the "general interest" (it's generally not very interesting) magazine of the RSC throws up an interesting article. This one's on legal highs. It's reasonably readable (for the lay person) excluding the exceptionally clumsy editing and the odd howler (I'm racking my brains to work out just how useful, or possible, it is being able to measure mass to one two thousandth of a hydrogen atom a degree of accuracy that is less than the "mass|" of an electron).
