January transfer window

searched this guy in footy manager 06. he's stats are ok. predominantly he's very determined, fairly quick, good in the air and has a good work rate and stamina and i'm in the year 2009 in the game. he's in his prime now so is probably a little better.

 

It's scary how accurate some of their stats can be.

 

Yes but his contract had expired, albeit by mutual release, prior to the last transfer window, therefore he was a free agent during the summer signing period so his papers werent held by any club.

We concluded that the first foreign lad we had on trial wasn't good enough.

We'd possibly be able to get 'high profile' players such as Alan Smith on loan, and Eastwood and Sharpe, both realistic signings, would appear to be 'high profile' enough for a lot of the people on here.
