Bit bizarre this. The Beast is starting a lot and has made a good partnership with Kashket (11 in 14)... Hayes hasn't been getting a sniff all season and was a massive shock to start against Spurs.. and he scored 2 so leaving him out will be hard.. Weston and Paris-Hall are their wide attacking players.. Thompson who scored the header v Spurs is a wide man altho played centre forward all of last season (and when he came on v Spurs) And they have a real young talent just coming back from injury Southwell.... I fear he won't get much game time :/
Disagree. Wycombe are still in some noddy cup and are basically playing two games a week until the end of the season. The Beast at his age can only play once a week and Kashket is injury prone. Paris Cowan Hall is injured and his loan ends shortly anyway. Hayes was not playing regularly due to injury. I think he will get his chances even if it is only off the bench.
Its up to him to prove he is good enough, if he doesn't I'm afraid he probably won't be with us come next season!
Was forced to sign a 4 year contract last summer (when only wanting a year or two) so he could go out on loan - wonder if the club still have high hopes for him or just making sure he doesn't leave for nothing?
