It was very noticeable (to me anyway) in the last game that whilst Ince scored a very decent goal he seemed very reluctant to celebrate it, not even a small.
Is that just "his way" or is he very fed up with being a sub...?

I think it was because he used to play for Huddersfield.

To be fair to Ince he has done alright overall. Is he a starter? Depends on the opponents but I do not think he is first on VI's team sheet. However, two goals now, both pretty good to be fair and he certainly does get stuck in at both ends of the pitch. Unlike Lewis, who you would expect to be much more active, who you barely notice is actually playing some games, Ince has done well. He won't score bags of goals, but he'll chip in now and then and makes a decent second half sub.

Whenever Tom Ince scores a goal against a Championship side, there's a fairly decent chance he's played for them before. I doubt even he can keep track, so it's best to be respectful and refuse to celebrate against anyone.

I believe until this season, he has played for every champ and league one side other than us, and only ever scored against us.
Therefore before this season he could celebrate every goal he ever scored. Now he can't celebrate any, unless we have a cup run.

Seriously though, his list of EFL clubs is pretty impressive: Blackpool, Notts County, Hull, Rotherham, Derby, Birmingham, Hull, Boro, Huddersfield, Stoke, Bristol City, West Brom, Reading, Watford

Yes and a few of those didn't even involve "playing for Daddy" !

Yep and a few of them I completely made up. But I bet not many noticed, because of how 'Tom Incey' they are

I've always felt that it's not easy being a "midfield winger" type player, Sarr also springs to mind.
Not many teams play with old fashioned winger positions - I assume because workrate and covering back have become a big requirement over the years (or nobody plays 451 anymore?)

Ince looks like a player that can be great when the teams is well on top - but can look lost if there's a midfield battle required?
