He played really well tonight and definately deserves a lot of credit for the win. He won nearly every header and always tried to get the ball under control and lay it off. He looked liked he had a bit of confidence in him and i wish he had scored tonight!

most importantly great result! u orrrrrrrrrrns!!

I don't see him winning a lot of headers, but I thought he had his best game of the season. Worked really hard, did well with the ball at his feet. It was a shame he didn't score. Obviously Young has been holding him back!

yup 100% effort. if he plays like that and does the simple things right like completing passes and working the space and bloody ******* off opposition defenders, the goals will come.

if he does what he does tonight for the rest of the season, i wouldn't care if he scored this season or not (as long as sumone else is scoring;D )

    well done hendo

top performance but the chance he missed late in the second half says a lot about lack of confidence in front of goal. on tonights performance he should start every game with hoskins.

Aidy said on 3 counties tonight that 'ash was holding the side back' with a large tongue in cheek

Totally agree with the comments. Hendo was great tonight and he did win alot of headers. That elusive first premiership goal will come with performances like that and will boost his confidence.

Most of his knockdowns found someone which is a definate improvement. He has to be congratulated for running all 90 mins and putting 110% effort, it definately showed.

hate to be a killjoy but i dont understand how people dont see how lazy he is!
fat and lazy. he NEVER chases anything down EVER. pathetic.

but accept that he was marginally better today...
(ive accepted that no one on this message board seems to agree with me on hendo, but ppl do, so, i thort i shud just show the other argument)

I am not the greatest fan of Hendo and I do often call him lazy in most games but tonight he really was great, not marginally but by alot. Winning headers, laying it off and did more chasing that Hoskins. Definitely my MOTM.

hendo wasnt that good, we won and suddenly everyones wetting sourselves about all the performances.
when going forward he was good - 100%
but there were several instances where he didnt seem to be able to move backwadrds, until the ref gave them a free kick for a similr fould to the one on him a minute before and he LEGGED IT back

    8/10 - just

I actually am NOT one of hendo's fans, but last night I think he did ok, esepcially the first half, won some headers for a change!!! Not my MOTM the match though, and still in front of goal still quite a long way of what I would like to see/ expect from a striker
