Trying to put a picture with my user name but keep getting Upload of file failed. Picture is not to big

Works ok for me. Downlaod the smaller pic that I attached a cople of posts back and save it to your desktop.

Go to User CP on the left under the title bar and then the select avatar option. click on the upload and then browse option, slecting that saved image. The pic you had originally was to big dimensionwise although file size was ok.

Whilst on the subject I have a question.

How do I upload a pic in a message without it being a little pic. I want to post pics similar to the giant haystacks one, if you saw it. Thanks
