Good Afternoon All,

Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the Tottenham game tomorrow... (I am!!)

Just a quick message.....,

I have been asked on many occasions on Saturday Afternoons and by the Watford FC Ladies Team last Sunday am I ‘Harry the Hornet’ on Twitter as he has posted opinions of the club/players etc etc. I can categorically state this is not me, neither am I the ‘Harry Hornet’ on Facebook. In a way it annoys me that somebody wants to pretend to be Harry (me) in the cyber world as I have built up such a great relationship with the Watford Supporters over the years and these comments can/may cause supporters perceptions of me to change. I simply do not want my efforts that I put in to entertain and support Watford FC wasted by these people. I know this will not go to every supporter on FB/Twitter but hey, it’s only cause I care!

Apologies for the little rant but it’s in good faith as I do care and love the Job that I do for you guys (and ladies) on the weekend (now Friday’s too)

Harry Hornet

Poor Harry was sitting in the lower rous all night sitting on his hands. No drum, no messing about entertaining the kids, nothing.

Whats going on?

 

Thank God for that.

I don't mind him entertaining the kids with his antics but that ******* drum drives me nuts.
It's embarrassing and its not necessary to try to wake the dead in the Upper Rous.
Crowd noise is an instinctive thing, I'll cheer/sing when I want to.

 

I think the Tuesday ‘Harry’ is a stand in… for the Saturday ‘Harry’, my kids call the Tuesday stand in ‘Grumpy Harry’, and I have noticed that he does seem to put on 4 stone in weight then loose it for a Saturday match…. But if it is the same guy I think my wife wants his diet plan…..!

Unless Duxberry has got rid of another 100% committed Watford staff member!!!! – saga continues hmm Saturday will answer that!

But I did meet the guy who is Harry at the tail end of last season and he did mention that he worked in London and sits in the stands for Tuesday games unless it’s a big match as he can’t get there early enough… nice chap tbh

 

Three defeats from four home matches has clearly depressed him. Lost his buzzzz.

 

Also, Tuesday nights game was the best atmosphere at home this season.

 

Real HTH is a member on here. Top bloke and super committed. Plus he can throw some shapes. Maybe Tuesday Harry is Hungover harry?

 

Yes, Tuesday's I do have a stand-in... apart from Ipswich which I did make being that is was the first home game of the season...
