Following Watford FC's 'surge' up to 16th in the Championship, the club have announced that a statue of Gino Pozzo will be installed in place of the current GT statue. Gino Pozzo took over Watford after a lowly 12th place finish in the Championship in 2012. After 11 years of Pozzonomics the club have now soared to the lofty heights of 16th thanks to 'golden boy' Gino and the Pozzo model. Unfortunately, the Pozzo model is now being used by Brighton not Watford.
We've just had rotten luck with all those useless coaches who are now managing at a much higher level than us, but weren't good enough for the Watford way.
Yup, 20% of current premier league managers weren't good enough to stay at Watford accordimg to leadership guru Gino Pozzo.
My understanding is that there's an inverse correlation between Gino's manager count and his body count. Watford's little caesar is rumoured to be a little 'piccolo'.
Pozzo model is indeed being used by other clubs. Problem is, they have upgraded that model to a refined and modern system. While we are stuck in the original sketch phases. Nothing has gone to print yet, and it looks like nothing will.
