The results and mostly woeful performances under Wilder would probably rule him out for next season.

It will be a very interesting appointment, as it will be Manga’s considered choice and it will tell me how serious we are about rebuilding. If it’s someone like Hutter, then I’d be impressed, but if it’s another from the Championship merry go round then I think it’ll be a fight to stabilise and stay up.

 

We should go all in for Mick McCarthy he would be fantastic

The two most obvious candidates who it'd be good if we could get and don't seem entirely impossible are Adi Hutter and Ralph Hasenhuttl.

We'd probably have to be able assure them that we'd have money to spend to have any hope of bringing either of them on board though.

Fully agreed that it doesn't matter who's in charge given the current set-up of the club, but Scott Parker has been extremely lucky to stumble across two exceptional sides for the division, he's basically an English Xisco
