Watched the Social Network. Really enjoyable, even though there are no sympathetic main characters and I hate facebook.

    7.5/10

I've seen it before, but I've managed to watch 'The Blind Side' twice in the past week.

Great, feel-good film, with a great story. 9/10.

Saw bridge on the river kwai. Excellent film. True classic.

¬"Dr Strangelove or how i learned to stop worrying and love the bomb" is one of my new favourite films. Such brilliant one liners under toned with a truthful horror.

Just watched Apocalypse Now. What a god-awful film. So long and pointless. Ok i understand the trip up the river, that was ok, but the further they got, with the madness of the troops at that bridge, and then the guy with the whole villiage who thoguht he was a god, what a crap ending. Just bored me towards the end.

    Yes, yes, and no.
    Kwai is amazing.
Strangelove is my all time favorite.
Apocalypse Now is also an incredible film, but one thing you need to understand about it is that it is based on a Joseph Conrad story called Heart of Darkness. Get to know it, or, watch the excellent film about the making of the movie called "Hearts of Darkness" and come to appreciate that wonderful film.

The celery gag, though telegraphed to the point where you knew it was coming, still made me "loll".

That was one of the funniest scene's in the film. Also loved the intimate scene between MacGruber and Vicki.

MacGruber boning his dead wife's ghost on a park table was an all time great cinema moment.

    Quite a brilliant film!

I was put off the film before seeing it by the fact that Angelina Jolie is in it, but she is fantastic in this - I could actually believe she was her character. Don't let her appearance put you off seeing this

Saw Hanna and Attack the Block yesterday, both were brilliant films with potential to be contenders of film of the year. Tom Hollander was fantastic as a perverted German mercenary. Top films. 9/10

I'm a big fan of Adam and Joe so that's how I've heard of it, I'm surprised just how many people want to see it that haven't heard of Joe Cornish.

Unfortunately I have no real friends to go see it with lol

I read a review which said Attack The Block, along with some other films, is showing a rise in British films and producers/writers

I previously had never heard of Joe Cornish prior to the film release but I'm sure I'll remember his name now. Hopefully the British cinema scene picks up again which it will do with the 'retirement' of Danny Dyer ;D

    Saw Incideous at the weekend.

If you have watched Poltergeist II, then you will know the plot.

Not a bad film, but could have been better

Just seen on 5+ channel 30 'The Bone Collector' very good thriller, Lincoln Rhyme a paraplegic Detective tracks down a serial killer from his bed .

Stars Denzel Washington and Angelina:naughty: Jolie.

Will have to read the book now by Jeffery Deaver to compare.

Just watched Black Swan, absolutely brilliant film worthy of its plaudits. And has the most amazing lesbian fantasy in it ever! Can't beat Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis getting close

Iron Man II, currently on Sky.

I enjoyed the original and this was good also. Scarlet Johansen:naughty: is in it.

The evil business dude annoyed me though, he was a blatent rip off of Gary Oldman's dodgy copper in Leon.

If you want an easy to watch film and the neighbours are out I heartily recommend this with the volume turned up.
    8/10
