The content the official account is putting out really has become increasingly desperate over the past few weeks:
Great preview. Agree about Foster. I've only watched one of his "vids" and he got a flat tyre halfway round and had to ring his wife to pick him up. She was a 'legend' and 'top bloke' for doing so, obviously. 2-0
Hopefully they'll remember how to get Richarlison to sulk. Get him riled up and he'll stick his head in and get sent off. It's our only chance.
Doucs would be fired up for this, glad he's out. If he was playing I would of thought the majority of Watford fans would not of booed.
I'd have given him the booing of his life but I'll have to wait for the home game. One good season and he started whoring himself out to other clubs.
Richarlison back for them is a good thing. I'd rather lose to their full strength side than the reserves.
I see Ranieri’s said at his pre-match press conference it’s impossible for us to play worse than we did against Liverpool. Fair play, he obviously knows our squad like a challenge.
I predict we won’t keep a clean sheet and we won’t score, not willing to predict if we will W, D or L though.
Got a train ticket to Liverpool going spare for Saturday, if there's any interest. 10:07 from Euston to Liverpool Lime street, 17:47 return. £40.
I hope Ranieri is right! Can see Ngakia, Pedro ,Cleverley and King coming into the team. https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/19663702.claudio-ranieri-expects-reaction-watford-everton/
With King (hopefully) back, we will have some sort of attacking threat. I would not be adverse to playing Pedro just behind King. But with Kiko out (again) we won't have the Sarr linkup. It will be refreshing to see us "try" to do something different.
I suspect it'd be either or with King and JP, they're both similar forwards in that they like to drop back and get involved in play, I don't know how well they'd play together. That, and I'm hesitant to only go with a midfield two
I thought that after Brighton. Then Wolves. Then Newcastle. Then Leeds. Then Liverpool. Seriously how bad are the teams in the bottom 3 to be below us? We haven't been this bad since Yeovil Town stuck three past us and Zola was sacked.
Unfortunately I can't see that working in this league, it'll leave us too light in midfield. We need three midfielders just to make up for the lack of a 6 and to try and remain competitive in games. We saw how a two man midfield was walked through by Newcastle as Cleverley spent most of his time further forward than King.
CR70 is saying all the right things, I'm pretty sure he looked at that crap on Saturday and quickly identified the dross. Unfortunately the squad isn't good enough or big enough to replace them all.
I won't be able to stream this game as I'm going to a funeral. *Insert 'joke' about the funeral being less depressing*. Sadly I do have tickets for the Southampton game.
Ngakia looked somewhat better than kiko when he came on. Would like to see him start on saturday, along with clevs
We already played worse against Leeds, but yeah under him as opposed to Xisco I'd would imagine it's not possible to play worse than against Liverpool.
I wish I was going to a funeral. At least I could celebrate someone’s life. Instead I fear I will be forcing myself to watch a moribund team performance and I won’t be celebrating anything.
Ha, my post above was just liked by @Cathcart's son - Cathcart is so crap even his kid doesn't rate him!
