Am I the only person who watches Rugby Onion as well as Footy? Don't follow a league team but will try to watch us stuff the Springboks this afternoon.;D
Yep, just you I took a couple of visitors from Singapore at work up to the ground a few weeks back and we sneaked inside to take some photo's. They had the rugby posts up! First time I'd seen them up and it looked awful. I hear Wilkinson's lined up?
Never been able to get into rugby.... the worst thing that little moron at school did was to pick up the ball and run with it and call it a game IMO
Only really got into it as I have a Welsh mate who is passionate about it, this was the time when Englad were very good. Not looking too hot at the moment bt we are currently up.
been to a few Union games but the atmosphere is just awful, most are prawn sandwich brigade. I get tickets from school each year and normally go to one game, normally Italy or mickey mouse friendly. Rugby League is different class, always watch it on SKY during the summer, a lot faster and more competative than union. Bit of a fair weather fan though as only been to one to see London Broncos (now harlequins)at Griffen Park and don;t fancy going up north too often to watch the rest.
I used to play myself , neally played for county intill i broke my arm. Then i just got bord of playing , got to play on vic road twice though ;D
I’m going to Sarries tonight, not been in ages, but was invited along and thought why not, nothing better to do. That tends to be my attitude to other sports, cricket, rugby etc, I follow them and watch them (occasionally) but with much less passion and commitment than football
Used to have a season ticket at the Broncos and getting one at Quins for this season. Havent been to an away game yet, but looking to do the Catalan Dragons away this season
