There are no limits to overseas loans only domestic loans so no need, the only limit is that you can have no more than 5 loan players in the matchday squad regardless of where they come from.
Agree to disagree although I'm quite clearly right. People need to realise that it will be just business as usual but the loan players will come from Udine and cost us nothing.
I accept I won't be able to get you to see things from my perspective, but to call yourself 'quite clearly right'... bit arrogant, don't you think? This is not like you. You don't know the players will only come from Udinese, no one does apart from the Pozzo's. Only the future will tell.
3 or 4 loans and 5 new signings should do the trick...The futures bright, the futures Pozzo, lets ride this wave together!
Im also a sean dyche fan, but aside from Hogg, i'd like to know if he's made a decent permanent signing?
Nosworthy, Iwelumo, Buaben and arguably ****inson. Hogg wasn't a permanent signing btw; only a season long loan unfortunately.
Nosworthy on loan then permanent i'll grant him that but i'd argue the others. I want him to stay don't get me wrong, i'd just rather he wasn't in charge of transfers. Im drunk..
Seriously? Im pretty sure we signed him for undisclosed fee. Wiki says we signed him August 2011.. How pissed am i?
Also, we're allowed say **** now?! We're free! Edit: Nope, only get away with pissed not p*ss, strangely.
2 Day drive across 5 states and this is the perfect thing to welcome me home. Absolutely amazing that this happened to our club, the future looks to be pretty incredible. Welcome to our Italian and Spanish brethren.
I'm liking the way the Pozzo's have gone about this takeover! We have only really heard from them when they were quashing what Baz had been saying during the process! Forest are in the process of being taken over by some Arab family with the takeover at the due diligence stage and they are already releasing statements saying that they're going to do this that and the other before they even have control, they seem like they are more after a bit of attention seeking . We certainly seem to have some controlled calm new owners who I think will do us well and will not splash the cash carelessly.
Don't expect too many press statements or conferences from the owners. But you can rest assured these guys know what they are doing, and have the knowledge and financial clout to make Watford a success story. I would expect some sort of mission statement in the very near future and an introduction to the key behind the scenes players. They have a hell of a lot of work to do now, so they have to be allowed to get on with this. What we all should be delighted by, is now we actually will have a club to support next season.
I would imagine we will hear no more about this until Monday at the earliest, and I don't think we will get much info even then? My guess is we will not get any more real info until towards this coming week, and I can't wait, the future is bright the future is yellow!!!
This is what I'm saying I like the idea of the Pozzo's quietly getting on with it and knowing what they're doing with little flamboyance about them! It's a really good feeling that our club is in a real good place right now!
People are talking about new faces coming in, but there is every chance a familiar face may be back on the scene soon as well.
Ha I just did! Just a little something I have heard. If it happens then it will be in the next couple of weeks, if it doesn't happen by the time the season has started then I will let you know what was being discussed then.
