Late loan deal ? Certainly be useful but his wages will be very high. https://mobile.twitter.com/UnitedStandMUFC/status/1488211542281789449
£120k per week over four months is £2m, it’s an absolute no brainer when you consider we’ll probably be left paying a lot more than that post midnight on wages for players who won’t even be in the squad.
It depends whether Newcastle get Lingard on loan, because I think no team can borrow two players from the same club, though I am not entirely sure if that is right?

Lingard isn’t going to Newcastle and neither will Henderson. Utd don’t want to help them as they’ll be their rivals in the next season or so.
If he is as good as he was pre-Covid, he would be a quality signing. Foster has completely outshone Bachmann, but in reality Foster is probably not PL quality anymore. Whether we'll get him, or just baulk at paying his wages, remains to be seen.
I don't see how a high profile GK should be anywhere near a priority - Foster has seemed pretty assured so far this season. Spending that money on a CB or even CF of similar quality and reputation would improve us much more.
I thought he was on Barcelona's radar? Either way - we do need a new GK, and it's nice to see we haven't seen the new guy and are content with Elliot (who like Foster is getting on).
Really? Henderson is so much better than Foster at pretty much everything. Foster hasn’t looked as weak as Bachmann but is one of the worst shot-stoppers in the league. I would have GK on par with CB as the positions most in need of strengthening and I suspect many on here would too.
Clutching at straws here but the ideal scenario is someone has offered to take Bachmann and we need a replacement ASAP. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Likely to miss the deadline though as he insists on not leaving the white lines making his way into their training ground.
They've been pretty adamant for some time that he's going nowhere, but that was mostly Solskjaer. As the Martial deal shows, Rangnick doesn't abide wantaways. Sadly I highly doubt we'll do it, because those wages are huge.
Henderson was very good at Sheffield Utd, but seemed a bit dodgy last season for Man Utd and appeared to make quite a lot of errors. He'd likely be an improvement over Foster, sure, but I just think we have worse players in the team where it would be more useful to use our remaining domestic loan spot and dosh.
This sounds too good to be true. £2m to have a realistic chance of staying up is nothing. Hard to believe this could happen.
Fling Bachmann at them as a sweetener. Sure they only want a 3rd GK anyway as they have Heaton so probably not too bothered about quality. Being at United probably keeps Bachmann in the national team too.
He made a couple of errors but generally was very good and kept De Gea out of the team (who admittedly was poor). United fans were completely happy having Henderson as their no.1 this season, which says a lot. He’s been quite unlucky this year with the form of De Gea (who has been excellent) and because he got long Covid.
