Along Elm Park road and Bridge St in Pinner they are marking a cycle lane at the edges of the road. The thing is there's marked parking bays there which are normally used. What are the rules here? Are you alowed to park in the cylke lane if so what's the point of marking it if it will be covered all the time by parked cars? Confused.
