Ok its been a number of weeks since that peculiar message appeared on the fiscal site telling us that they were "restructuring" Since then, weve had Alec reporting on the reserve games and not much else What exactly is going on? Does anyone know and why arent the club being straight up about it all? I think its a bit worrying that weve dumped our two head coaches and not replaced them!
The legal angles are not yet resolved in terms of those that left, hence confidentiality agreements will be in place etc. Alec, Malkay and **** Bate are certainly more involved. Dodds is doing some other bits as well by all accounts.
Well dumping two head coaches and replacing them with two others in my mind. Malky is one and Alec is the other. Since Alec starting reporting on the reserves I took it for granted he'd be named reserve team manager but since nothing official has come out - who's to say.
Because Aidy wanted them too? From what I heard him and Hockaday had different views on how we should be playing etc.
I would have thought, or at least would have hoped, that we would bring in at least one coach as a replacement who is more experienced than Alec and Malky. Alec could just be a temporary stand-in whilst we get someone else.
Exactly... I only mention this as after our performances especially this year, it appears the current side has ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN B during games. Wigan being a prime example. Knowing Aidy he's probably doing it all himself Does anyone on here actually go down and watch the Horns train?
