Otter is not the guardian, sorry I missed that bit of the thread earlier as I am viewing on my phone and skimmed through.

 

Everyone's posted today I think and no-one has contradicted Otter. If that carries on, he is the third confirmed Good.

Which means one more good to find amongst the four remaining players, two wolves and a traitor.

If that remaining player is the Seer, then there's an interesting decision to make...

Someone has asked me if Evil win if the Evil players match the number of Good players, or if the Evil players match the number of wolves.

Evil win when their numbers equal the number of Good players (i.e. including traitors and wolves)

 

I'm out for drinks again tonight (promise I don't have a problem!) and want to close the village by 5pm, or earlier if all votes are in.

 

well it seems I have no choice but to out myself but yes I’m the guardian,

look back at yesterday and you will see that otter went after me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. he made up his reasons when they simply didn’t exist or make sense.

I agree we have an Evil but if he's the traitor we have a problem, no?

If he votes for himself and the two wolves vote for him, then he'll get lynched and the two wolves then pick off different people tonight and win?

 

That is true, however the options have been bleak since night 2.

 

Furthermore, if we vote another person, like Sinatra, there's no guarantee we (a) find an evil (b) randomly getting the traitor when we could have found the wolf.

All I know for certain is that by stating he's the guardian I know he's lying which is not something a fellow good player would do. Therefore Opti must be evil but there's a chance he's the traitor, that is granted.

I've received a question about whether the guardian can protect someone more than once in this game. All I am willing to say about the rules are in the original sign up thread. The rest, you'll have to work out yourself.

 

A guardian has never been able to protect a player more than once in any game before. I expect that would change the balance of a game so much that the admin would have to make it explicit in the rules.

 

Seeing as it's all over, I'm the Seer, that's what I was hinting at earlier. The letters at the end of the messages are the initials of the Watford players from the 12/13 season in squad number order. 12/13 was when we signed.. Steve Leo Beleck.

 

Hi All, sorry, been busy this morning. So the game is over then.

Or is it? Why havent the 2 wolves piled in and essentially ended this? Is it becaue they're busy, keeping us all in suspense or is Opti a Wolf double bluffing that they're the traitor on the hope we don't all vote for him?

So we have 2 100% good right: HH24 and Ashdon.
Guardian: I assume Otter is confirmed after Opti's outburst.
Opti: Evil - Wolf or Traitor.

That leaves me. SLB, and Sinatra as the remaining 3 - 2 of which are evil.

HH24 and Ashdon, given this hypothetical information and hypothetically assuming the Seer hasn't chosen a viewing yet, would you suggest the Seer view one of the remaining 2?

 

I think this just answered my question.

So I’ve looked extensively online and there is no rule that stipulates that the guardian can guard any player twice.

 

Happy, he won't vote for Opti. Why not?

I'll come clean now, was just seeing if my back up plan would've worked .

Sinatra, vote for Opti then you can take out Otter tonight, I'll take Horace. We don't know for certain that Happy was ever guarded (albeit I think she probably was on the night when Mike didn't tell us who the Guardian was with).

Opti - your sacrifice will not be forgotten, we will remember you.

The Guardian only being able to guard a person one night is a fundamental rule of Werewolf, has been the same every game we've ever played. If we lose because that's been changed, I wouldn't consider it a loss!
