Christmas Werewolf 2023 - Day Three

Norwayhornet was tired, hunting wolves was a tiring game. He trudged up the stairs and headed towards his room. Peering into the darkness, he flicked on the light switch. Nothing happened.

"The bulb must have blown." Norway mused to himself. Turning back to head downstairs to get a new bulb, he noticed a blur of movement on his peripheral vision. Before a sound could pass his lips a meaty paw swung and ripped his head from his shoulders, a silent scream etched onto his face.

Norwayhornet was Good.

Meanwhile the Guardian sat outside Otter's house in the pouring rain wishing he had brought a coat.

Good day villagers.

On days one and two I saw both SLB and Tom as evil.

I suspect that the remaining wolf is one of the quieter ones, so I decided to view Watford Willy and he is EVIL

It's not easy being a seer, but it's appreciated more than being a lowly cook.

Three EVIL viewings in three days? Almost unheard of surely. Second message (if we get one) should be of great interest.

 

This has to be simultaneously the quietest but most chaotic game of werewolf I’ve played and I’m here for it. Somehow fits in perfectly with the surreal nature of the time between Christmas and New Year when you eat crap all day and have no idea what day of the week it is. So we basically have a wolf that has forgotten to play for the first two days, a guardian who was asleep on the job for the first day and, if this message is legit, a Seer who has an unprecedented record of 100% evil views.

Watford Willy does fit the profile of a wolf who has failed to turn up to the job in hand. Will wait for a second message but, as things stand, this being the seer’s message would entirely fit with how the game has gone so far. If it really is the Seer’s message, this game would go down in history as the worst wolf ever combined with the best seer ever. The rest of us in Team Good can share the glory without needing to do anything!

 

Also RIP Norway.

 

True and no shade at team evil (especially poor SLB - really bad luck to be viewed on day 1). You don’t give yourself much chance if you forget to play, though!

So no second message then? A bit like yesterday it would seem one of the in-actives is the other wolf. Going by the first message being correct on both days in naming an EVIL, it would be sensible to assume the message yesterday and the one today are from the Seer.

 

Yes he certainly is good for throwing a few grenades into quiet games. Even if they are usually completely random…

 

Sorry Willy, but with nothing else to go on and the only player named as EVIL by the only message we have, no other choice. Apologies if you are GOOD. x

 

In this games case it would mean victory for the team GOOD if there are no more EVIL players remaining. It's impossible to "draw" a game of Warewolf.
