Hi all. Hopefully you all had a good Christmas!! Slow start as expected, particularly with only 10 of us. Nothing to go on until that all important second message.

 

Morning all. I’ll run the village pharmacy given I’m already surrounded by prescription drugs

 

I'm at a Xmas party all afternoon so will probably vote pretty early rather than risk having a few drinks and forgetting. Going to just vote for someone that hasn't posted by the time I go to the party on the basis they may have forgotten the game is on.

 

What's the latest a 2nd message should arrive by?

Is there a chance someone has forgotten?

Ok lame reason but first person as I go down the list who hasn't yet posted is Norway so will vote for him. Well, Otter is the first but as he's named in the message as Good, he may have been viewed by the Seer. Slightly annoying to have to vote before seeing a second message but nevermind, time for some Xmas boozing and hoping I don't become the victim of a random bandwagon!

 

Afternoon people. I completely missed this as I didn't log on yesterday after the shoddy defeat on Boxing Day. Anyway I see I've been named good and Steve as evil, using the rule of moog (who incidently isn't in this game) it looks like Steve will have to be voted on, at least we'll have an idea about which message is which; but if he turns out to be good unless Alpha has named beta it's a different matter, I can't remember an evil call on Day 1 before though.

 

Sorry for my late arrival I'm the village plumber and have been fighting block drains today belated Merry Xmas to all and happy new year apart from our furry friends .

 

Just a gut feel but I think 2nd message is wolf putting the spotlight on an intelligent logical player ,that they would like gone ,no evidence just a hunch.

 

My thought too Norway but as HH24 said it's difficult on D1 and if true that Steve Leo Belleck is evil a likely full moon would reset everything.

Looking at the opening post by Dom, there appears to be no traitor, so the Alpha knows it is highly unlikely to accidentally hit the Beta in a message, that is if the second message is the wolf message.

 

Well this is the quietest day ever.

 

I would add that SLB saying they are out on the lash and early voting - then getting named EVIL via the second message is a real strange one too. Either pure luck or someone wolfy trying to pick off an experienced player while they are out of action.

I wouldn't be surprised if Otter is being very ballsy and named himself as good when he is the Alpha clutching at straws ,but has stayed silent since agreeing with me earlier ! If I get munched tonight .........

 

Or we could have been extremely flukey and I have this horribly wrong and SLB is team evil , it is a little suss that he is out to a party and can't look at phone and respond .

 

Why go second and go evil? Makes the author of each message quicker and easier to identify.

No code in the message to leave a trace. SLB is also an experienced player who people might want to be rid of quickly. Makes me suspect message 2 is the wolf.

Comes shortly after SLBs vote for Norway. A panicked reaction to distract and stop a bandwagon for the alpha?
