Exactly. It's all I ever want. On paper the next three are very winnable before the international break. Passion, heart and desire can win games in this league but sadly it's not been on display very often this season.
Honestly can't see anything apart from 3-5-2 and he needs to play our biggest scoring threats as the two upfront. JP and Sarr need to be the ones in the box finishing chances because the stats show they're our only goalscoring threats.

Considering he is from Watford and has worked for the club before, maybe he has hopes of sticking around regardless of how long Wilder stays? It'd have to be more appealing than being stuck up on Teeside.

Given our recent injury and fitness concerns we could probably do with some improvement in the sports science department.

Witb Boro being favourites for promotion outside the current top two let's hope this disrupts them a bit.

I just been to an event where Harry Redknapp was in attendance, I had a decent chat with him, he knows Chris Wilder very well and reckons he should do well, he felt he was unlucky at Boro. He did say however that he doesn't know any Watford players personally.

Regarding Slavan Bilic, he admitted that he doesn't know him well despite the West Ham link. I did describe the lack of enjoyable football under him.

Ultimately the net result of appointing Wilder is just going to be flushing money down the drain paying off Bilic and his back room staff, and having to pay wilder for 11 games too. Probably enough money to fully fund the players canteen for a number of seasons.

 

Again it's not the coach/manager to blame, it's those cowardly coonts who put on the jersey. Simply unacceptable. Minus JP who actually showed he cared.

 

I think the truth is actually somewhere in the middle. I don’t think it’s possible that we solely recruit cowardly players, I think that’s definitely an element, but I think we’ve created a culture where the players sign for us and huge malaise quickly sets in once they realise any hard work they put in will be fairly pointless, when they’ll probably have a difference manager shouting at them in 10/20 games. Any half decent players are also sold their next move as a reason for joining, so it’s just a terrible terrible culture.
