Bogdanovic - from Maltese football! Who was the Maltese informant - Was it Big Russ? http://www.timesofmalta.com/core/article.php?id=247945
I don't know much about the quality of the Maltese league but it seems odd that this fella hasn't been spotted earlier, and that the two foreign clubs he's been with are complete unknowns. He's 26 - if he's good enough for the PrL surely he would have gone abroad when he was younger. I know it costs us nothing to have a player in on loan but surely all these loanees disrupt regular training?
bogdonavic is good but monesterolo is the better of the 2,the thing that brian talbot is marxaxlokk's manager is a big plus though.
I'm avaliable on a free transfer by the way. Maybe I'll email Aidy for a trial. I've got pace so that could be useful up front. Plus I'm good at sliding about in the mud and enjoy getting paid lots of money. I reckon we could do a lot worse than signing my fair self. I'll select squad number 37.
Stuboy, when you talk about sliding around in the mud I hope thathis wasn't you http://www.chrisgeary.co.uk/wrestling/sets/MudLeeChris/Photo/DSC00043.JPG
I am pleased to say that I did not COME across it!!!! Amazing what you find when you search under the names of certain footballers.
Where did you find that one then?? Must have slipped my vast net! How embarassing! No, actually I must admit that is not me in the picture, as a future star of Watford FC I do not partake in such activities. It may interest everyone to know that I am a superstar striker (Pace 20 and Finising 19 - if I was on Footy Manager). In fact I'm playing football tonight at Man City's indoor training pitch, so if anybody would like to travel up this evening on a scouting trip you're more than welcome and I may buy you a pint! Rumour has it that Aidy is going to be there in person so I'll have to mentally prepare myself this afternoon at work for the performance of a life time.
Watford have offered a trial to Malta-based striker Daniel Bogdanovic. The 26-year-old is keen to make the break into one of Europe's top leagues after stints in Hungary and Bulgaria. Watford have been tracking the Maltese target man for a number of weeks and now they have decided to invite him to Vicarage Road. Bogdanovic, currently top-scorer in Malta, will travel to England later this month in the hope of securing a dream move. (sky sports)
