popped into paddy power at 6.10pm last night on the way home and noticed what i thought was a terrific in running bet - no goals Blackburn v Bayer Leverkusen. They were offering 10/1 no goals. The first leg was 3-2, so i thought to myself, If Bayer concede first they have to score themselves so i decided that it would be a game domintaed by blackburn with Bayer defending at all costs, were Blackburn good enough to score i asked myself, with the odd break or two by the Germans. I looked again at the odds and they changed to 11/1 when i quickly decided to slap a tenner on it. Having written the bet out i changed my mind and put £15 on at 11/1. Paid the bet and as i walked out the odds had gone to 9/1. Got home at end of half time to see 0-0. So got great enjoyment watching the seconds and minutes tick by and see the Germans organised defensive and controlled passing and time wasting etc etc. Final whistle went and the bear gets a tidy £ return. Lucky i didn't go to the bowling pee up i was invited to.
