Roll on English dominance from the day they retire...

Don't forget Clarke is 31 years old aswell, hardly a youthful replacement for McGrath!

Warne has been vital to the Aussies as a spinner because wickets deterioate (sp?) as matches go into last 2 days...that's when he's been at his best! Aussies don't have anyone anywhere near good enough to replace him and they'll lose a HUGE part of their bowling attack now he's retiring!

We have Monty who's in his early twenties...he's already being spoken of as the best finger spinner in the world ;D

English cricket looks bright! Next team for the Ashes:

    Cook
    Strauss
    Bell
    Joyce
    Pieterson
    Flintoff (c)
    Reid
    Hoggard
    S.Jones
    Broad
    Panesar

    Evasive Requiescat in pace

Any team with Panesar in is going to do well. By the next ashes he will be hitting hundreds!

(okay, so I am dreaming, but hey, thats what got me this far as a sports fan!)
