Are you trying out a new ad thing? I've been getting this bar popping up from the bottom of the screen all morning on every single page: It's a bit of a nuisance and on the work laptop I can't install an ad blocker. Seems to happen on my mobile too and on either Chrome or Edge on my laptop, so presumably it's baked into the options somewhere? I don't mind clicking on the top banner occasionally to earn this place a couple of $$ but this one's a bit of a pain...
I wondered whether this was tied into the recent forum downtime/refresh. Anyway, it's a bit irritating.
Sorry team but I've had to install an ad blocker as it was just pi**ing me off too much. If you ever get rid of it please let me know and I'll continue to randomly click the old ones.
Do you have the rights to install normal programs on your machine? If so, install Brave browser. Comes with built in anti-adware and script protection.
Nope, that was me because I fluffed up the quote the first time and didn't notice until after 15 mins and couldn't edit, so UEA wouldn't have got the notification.
Ads have become significantly worse for me overnight - now appearing between posts! Not had that before.

Absolutely. If this idiocy continues I won’t come back. Amazing people think a bit of cash is worth absolutely destroying their product.
Much better. If FF never had the issue it must of been a scripting issue with ad bots? I used to use Micro$oft Edge and ads were a nightmare. It seems the developers of FF have cleverly integrated a ad block.
