Its time again for the music poll that some of you may remember from past years. Vote for you favorite A band or solo artist and discuss who should win. Also please post suggestion for tomorrows poll what will be B. Last time round in 2008 Arctic Monkeys won the poll and made it to the semi finals can they do it again.
Runaway train is even playing on the radio as I voted! And as for artists/groups beginning with B, I believe there was a four-piece scouse band that were quite big in the 60's. The name escapes me though...
I voted for Athlete as they aren't too bad but I can't say that I am overly keen on any of them. As for B suggestions, then Bonobo, who is one of my favourite artists at the moment.
I voted for Arctic Monkeys, Angels and Airwaves and Arcade Fire but out of them 3, Arctic Monkeys win it.
No Alisha's Attic I walk away from your poll dismissing it like the incomplete thing it is. :biggrin: Out of your list, Aerosmith and only because of "Walk this Way" with Run DMC, my favourite A band is Altern-8 but probably a bit too old skool for you youngsters.
Not a great representation from the A's, but Arctic Monkeys will probably win. good B bands for tomorrow... Brand new, Beach Boys, Blink 182.
That'll be in the F category. Arcade Fire for me. I only like the Monkeys other than them, but didnt vote for them because their albums are getting gradually worse.
Exactly the same with me, Arcade Fire, though they need to bring something new out soon. Monkeys new album is awful and I thought their last one was bad!
