92 - the number of yellow cards we've picked up so far this season. More than two a game and the most in the league. In fact it's the most of any club in the top 4 divisions. I have to say every time I watch us I think we've a very petulant team and I hope Beppe can add this to his magical list of things to resolve in pre-season.
Is it just me who doesn't think two a game is actually that bad? I thought that would be about average, not the most in every league!
We had the worst disciplinary record in the league last season as well. We're just a team of hatchet men and thugs.
Excellent, lots of fouls, just what I expect nay demand from an Italian team....and in doing so we appear to have cleaned up Serie A. Horrah.
I just think we're bad losers. I'm not sure I can remember a previous season when we've had two players banned for reaching 10 yellows. That said I'm not sure we have the worst disciplinary record in the league this time around. We are 1st for yellow cards, 9th for fouls, 13th for red cards and only two teams have conceded less penalties than us. Blackpool probably hold that particular title.
Are there any players that have made over 10 appearances that haven't been booked? To be honest, with that record we could make it 5 appearances.
Watford are one yellow card away from becoming the first Championship club since QPR in 2006/2007 to receive 100 bookings in a season www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/11185888.Hornets_one_booking_away_from_unwanted_century/
