What a shame we made such a mess of it on Saturday. With west Brom in a local derby away at Coventry and Bristol away at Ipswich we could easily have found ourselves 12 points plus clear after the weekend.

And of course 2ith a 3rd of the season gone we have almost 1/2 the number of points we will need to go up

For this stage of the season, an eight point gap is ridiculous isn't it? Surely this is not usually the case?

WAS, if we are going to go over what could have been, 4 points dropped vs QPR and Blackpool, at least a point should have come from Leicester, a win agains the Baggies on Sat - we'd be bloody promoted by now! As it is, we're doing OK I suppose.

I think Reading had a lead of about this amount a couple of years back. Cardiff were much nearer the pack though.

Great position ... we've had our share of good fortune (long may it last) !!!

Long way to go but if we hit my prediction of 60pts by New Years Day we should be OK !!!

Yeah I think Cardiff fell apart this time last year, so would be nice to maintain our 8 point gap going into December!
