I find it hard to know why WFC are struggling to sell what is basically 14,700 home tickets and 2000 away tickets for the play off semi finals. I think they have problems with supporters who don't go all the time in that the seats available are the seats "left over" and are not the best of views. The supporters also would have found it extremely difficult to buy tickets on line due to the criteria imposed for safety reasons. The Sunday 12.30 and Thursday 7.45 times are not easy for some. The cost of possibly three matches. Are fans saving their money for a possible Wembley trip. I hope WFC decide to reward fans who turn up to the semi finals. Some sort of priority for Wembley ticketing perhaps. A big disapointment this season has been the poor home attendances. Message to all those that have not attended....its been the best season for years shame you missed it.
I do find it a little bit sad that we can't sell out this game but is it just me that would rather be a 'tinpot' club than a team like Leicester or Leeds? To get an away ticket at Leeds you have to pay like £50 a year or something ridiculous just to qualify for away games. I'd like us to sell out home games and a new stand to be built, but I also like being a small club punching above it's weight.
Exactly. We are a small club from a small town.... and thats part of the charm. The sooner we just accept this and stop raising to the bait of ignorant ****s who support other clubs the better!
so wfc are the mild team from benson and hedgesfordshire
