I love Millwall. We all love Millwall.

But let's clear the elephant out of the room immediately. It's Millwall. They will turn up and give it 110%. We haven't been that good against teams that go after us like this so it'll be tough. Millwall still harboured hopes of a playoff push until the top 6 pulled away but they still want to finish the season well so I doubt it'll be a team thinking of the beach on Saturday. However after tonights awesome result we need to go for it and get the 3 points that may well end up being enough for a socially distanced promotion party in the pond!

    Key Millwall players:
All of them are awesome. We love them all. Great bunch of lads.

The amazing work they do in their community:
Millwall despite the reputation they have through their fans do amazing work in their community. Fair play to them as it's a really great set up they have had for years. Have a little look.

Bryce Dje Djede played football for us. He was rubbish and we lost in a forgettable BBC live FA Cup loss.

A Jamie Moralee led mauling of Watford in Feb 1993 in a 5-2 defeat led us to splash 450k to replace Paul Furlong in 1994. I was there for that defeat. He looked good. He was absolutely bobbins when he came to us though.

What they think we think about them:
    We don't like them

    What they think about us:
    They don't care

    2—1 in the pond! neil-harris-comeback-4084221.jpg 2017-01-29T121327Z_128693607_MT1ACI14741151_RTRMADP_3_SOCCER-ENGLAND-MLW-WAT.JPG 01ASV9X2.jpeg

If it was at their **** hole I would worry. But its on our carpet of a pitch which is a dream for fast passing footie, and will be well watered to make it play as fast as a very fast thing. It will be a creamy victory.

A win mathematically secures promotion if Swansea fail to win today. Otherwise a win all but secures promotion as Swansea would have to win every game, us lose every game, and they would have to overcome a big GD difference.

A win and it will be pond time. However, it will be 14 degrees on Saturday so only the brave (or p1ssed) will take the plunge.

Millwall could be tough, and I don't expect a goal bonanza, but we seem so in control when we play on good pitches. A tight 1-0 win sounds about right to me.

If we're not a Premier League side by 5pm on Saturday evening, I'd be very annoyed, surprised, disappointed.

I'd like a win in this one.

I'm also greedy and I'd like one of our boys to get a hat-trick, as it happens so rarely for us.

    Who is that man?

Like tonight a positive start will be nice and I am sure if we get a couple of goals we won't have to worry too much.

Deeney. One off his fat ar$e as it cannons out for a throw in and he gets in the way stood to close to the sideline so it's still on play. The other two might be more tricky.

He has two bum cheeks so that sorts the second goal.

    Not sure about the third.

Is the perfect hat-trick in off the private parts?

Extra days rest, the carrot of confirming promotion but without the pressure of other teams being right on our tail, at home, against a Millwall side with nothing to play for.

    Watford 1 (Pedro 2')
    Millwall 2 (Clogger 90+1, 90+8)

The OP was last night after our brilliant win, the collapse of the super league and probably free flowing drinks (Guilty as charged yer ‘onor), so I can understand yesterday’s celebratory love sentiments to Millwall.

    But 2 days running !
    It’s Millwall ffs

    Win. Get promoted.

And let the fanbases of all those top clubs who suddenly decided they respected the football pyramid this week, bemoan the fact that ‘bloody Watford and Norwich’ are coming up and how clubs like us have no place or business being in the Premier League.

    Normal service resumes.

Saturday's game reminds me of the Wrexham game in 1982. A game we won to gain promotion to the top division.

Was there just one Wrexham fan in the away end? It was fitting that Ross Jenkins, who had been at the club when they were languishing near the bottom of Div 4, scored both goals. The pitch invasion at the end was great too.:)

Then winning the FA Youth Cup a few days later too. A fantastic few days to be a fan.
