A couple of Spuds two seats away and a couple of Wet Spammers in same seats on Boxing Day ?
TBF they never cheered or anything it was the mobile phone that gave them away .

I think the root of the problem and the reason Gino, Scott and Giarretta are looking like complete morons right now is cos they thought Bachmann, Sierralta and Rose would be premier league quality. Many fans thought this too. For most of our Pozzo PL survival seasons we relied heavily on having a goalie who was capable of making a string of world class saves when required. It's no surprise that with a championship keeper we've lost 9 out of 10 games. Even with an ageing Foster we got 10 points from 8 games which is survival form. Having a top keeper makes all the difference in a relegation battle. So why don't we go out and fookin buy one !?!??!?

    Have to agree with this
Even on a relatively error free day our back 4 and GK only offer a backs to the wall defence.
They never seem to be in control of events .

See I don't mind that. It's when people treat it as a home game I object.

I hate fkn Spuds. It seems every game against them they get the decisions.
Son offside goal at the vic a few years back.
Dier blatant handball/ penalty not given by Atkinson.
Away 2 yrs ago foul by Vertongen on GD not given and compounded by Ali handball for equaliser not given. Then today, poss penalty would have been given other way. Foul on Louzza and the idiotic ref blowing for foul when he should have waited to see outcome of JPs run and then made call if he hadn't scored.

Should have had a penalty, should have at least a point out of that. The Spuds keeper clearly took JP before the ball and I have seen those given by VAR in other games too. I hope Gino backs Claudio during the window. I love giraffes.

I take your point however today Dier was wrestled to the floor in the 1st half ...no pen
On the flip side ,Kane should have been serving part of his 3 match ban today due to his over the top tackle against Liverpool

In what possible sense does he look offside?

Yep, he was VERY lucky to get away with that awful mishit pass to Louza that ended up with one of their forwards bearing down on our goal unopposed

None. We aren’t Derby though so don’t be critical.

Most people don't like defensive football. I quite like the tactical side, so I didn't mind the first half.

We packed the middle and the left, kept deep and gave Royal loads of space. Spurs were forced to play it to him as the free man, hoping that we'd shift over and create space on the left/ middle. We just gave him lots of space, and as he's terrible on the ball, they barely threatened. Spurs had all the possession, but were frustrated with very few decent chances.

Our issue was that Dennis was hardly moving and Sema's touch was atrocious, so we couldn't hold the ball up long enough for our players to provide support. However we still made Son, Kane, Reguillon and Moura look very ordinary, which is not at all easy to do.

Just seen the foul that led to the free kick they scored from, just a stupid decision by Kucka to pointlessly kick out.

Bachmann, even with his arms at full stretch doesn't quite reach Sanchez's shoulder.

I said in the ******* photo he looks offside FFS

But of course he may have run into that position after the ball was played, and I did also say that it obviously was not offside as it was not given.

Why were there so many empty seats? I’ve been back in the area 3 times this season and the website says sold out so I just think to myself oh well maybe next time. And then I see hundreds of empty seats each game

Bachman from the position he was in can't jump 1m up and reach 1m across. It's his feet that are in the wrong place. He can't get up from the goal line.

In the spurs away game he let a Son free kick drift all the way in to the bottom far corner. I feared the worst as I saw Son lining it up again. Bachman probably took a step back not wanting to get caught again like he was at White Hart Lane or whatever they call their new ground. Not one defender jumped or challenged, Its 50% their fault, you have to have someone challenging right? Or 100% Bachmans fault because 2 yards out, centre of the goal - thats keepers isn't it? Gomes would have punched it out.

You can tell when a London club has fans in the home end as they are all wearing flat caps.

Nobody, but nobody, can out-flat cap West Ham fans though. A downward TV shot of their fans the other week looked like a 1953 meeting of the Grimethorpe Whippet Fanciers Society.

I had assumed they were doing a tribute to Andy Capp, was just waiting for someone to be dressed up as Les Dawson's housewife routine.

The defensive line for the goal is disgusting, all Son had to do was put the routine cross into where he did and it's a goal. It was the perfect line for the attackers. Our defenders not even challenging is just icing on the turd cake.

He does not want to come off his line.
I have commented on this many, many times.
He has this flaw in his game and it will never change.
He should have powered through everyone to punch the ball, but that's just not Bachmann.
Probably why his wants to go to Italy. He will not get touched there.

Also down to Bachmann who as goalie should’ve forced the line at least 2 yards further away from him. No attacker would have got to the cross without being offside so the FK would have had to be pulled back away from goal or Son would have had to shoot…

Completely agree, would also have given Bachmann a chance of coming to collect the ball rather than trying to punch the ball clear from a standing position. Sooner we are shot of him the better, I'd rather him have come out and missed it then what he did, at least it would have shown some intent.

On the topic of away fans getting in the Home end, the club seriously needs to do something before something kicks off.

When we eventually play Luton, it won’t look very pretty.

If at least three of those defenders around Sanchez made an attempt to leap when he did, he would of found that header a lot harder to direct. That goal was avoidable, but everyone just stood there and watched him score, without any intent to prevent it. That is the most heartbreaking thing for me.
