Sounds like a typical Panzo signing.

I hope we sign him quickly, otherwise this could turn in to a Panzo drag-on saga.

The later panzers from the Tiger onwards did. Lack of testing, overweight, poor manufacture, suspension problems. Reliability was a huge issue for the Tiger, King Tiger and Jadgtiger. The Panther and tank killer Jagdpanther were the best combination of armour, speed and armament and eventually reliability but thankfully Hitler loved his heavy panzers. Bigger according to the lunatic was always better. Some of the tank plans as for the ironically named Maus were absurd and the delusions of a maniac.

Technically excellent when working but ultimately they all ran out of fuel.
Even the objectives of the Battle of the Bulge (recapture of port of Antwerp and split allied armies) relied on the capture of US fuel dumps.
    Madness.
Does he have a good engine?
Does he have the fuel to keep going?
    Will he break down?

Two prototypes of the Maus were built Cthulhu. One was partly destroyed in Berlin and it's remains were added to the other prototype to create a working machine that was taken back to Russia. It now lies in the Kubinka Tank Museum.

HG Wells postulated the idea of giant land battleships in his book The Shape of Things to Come turned into a largely forgotten but memorable and should be watched Things to Come which alarmed politicians and civilians in the run up to the Second World War. The Germans considered building a thousand tonne land cruiser (landkreuzer) during the Second World War. Guderian like the other capable generals such as Rommel and Manstein thought the idea ludicrous. As mentioned before his numerous arguments with the homicidal maniac meant he was removed from decision making along with others like Manstein.

Science fiction or fact ? Music by a forgotten British composer Arthur Bliss (who became Master of the Queens Music)who deserves to be recognized and is best known currently for his score for the ballet Checkmate.

Yes I was just rereading about the landkreuzer. The designer was a submarine guy. Repurposed naval guns

surely impractical because you could just immobilise by staking out the tracks and it’s huge size made it a massive target.
But apparently 25 mph which I find astonishing

TuttoUdinese again reporting Udinese's interest in Panzo. Says he would be available for 3m or so. (https://www.tuttoudinese.it/calciom...are-l-udinese-pensa-a-panzo-del-digione-79872). Could they buy him for us for FFP/EFL sustainability purposes. Either way bringing him in to the Pozzo stable would be a smart move.

Can play LB or as a left-footed CB. Would be a move with a lot of upside. He plays a lot for England U21.

But is he a CB who "can play LB" in the same way that Dawson and Mariappa "can play RB"?
