I don't think they'll escape this season, their form in general is terrible. Won 3 games out of 23. Scored less than a goal per game on average whilst conceding over 2 goals per game.

To be honest, this would have been a good year for Penaranda to get some experience. He would without a doubt get some game time in a team struggling to stay up in La Liga and it would give us insight to how he actually plays as of now considering he barely has any minutes recorded at Malaga...

I'm just sad as it essentially confirms the English coaching/manager stereotype to everyone abroad and further ruins our (aka hopeful British coaches) chances abroad in the future.
Judging by that interview he only just speaks basic English so (I'm paraphrasing) all he needs to learn in Spanish is "Guys", "keep it out" when defending "stick it in" when attacking and although he didn't mention it I think "get it in the mixer" will help as well.
