I'm thinking that surely we can't be abysmal three games running but then it is Watford, so I expect an absolute hammering. Personally looking forward to seeing us get owned in midfield and watching us go into a negative goal difference. 10 bottles of amstel for 10€ will ease the pain.
Pretty sure that despite their deficiencies, Morris is considerably worse than Gaspar and Ngakia. Looks like a competition winner every time he's on the pitch.
Is this cr@p on Sky or do I have to hand over another tenner to Pozzo and Fuxbury for the privilege of watching it on the Hornet Hive?
Has he actually played that much to make a fair assessment? Sometimes have to give players a chance without writing them off straight away . Particularly youngsters coming into a struggling off form side . But maybe you will be right ..
On Sky at 2:55pm... Forcing my family to watch this in the pub is the last thing I'm doing before we fly back to NYC tonight. I'm sure there is something much more fun we could be doing mind you...
My neighbour the Spurs fan is cleaning his car having done so yesterday. Clearly in a state of post Villa dismay. Perhaps this is equal?
Interesting that Manga and Costa have travelled to Carrow Road today, after being at Swansea on Friday. Didn’t expect them to be part of the travelling circus but maybe they’re trying to benchmark against what we already have before lining up prospective transfer targets?
Pukki Pies hat-trick incoming. Sargent to play like he's on Fifa 23' with modded stats. Watford to play like "heh, just another game till my next paycheque..."
Back 5, Morris LWB, Gaspar and Bacuna CM, right? Absolutely horrific, miracle if we don't lose by 3. Kalu deserves a start, and nice to see Ekong dropped after his disasterclass.
Playing 3 full backs - none of them particularly suited or proven at this level sums up the problems.
Good grief, that line up must be one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Just play 6 at the back and come home with a 1-0 defeat safely in the bag
I'm sat at home with a stinking cold. I believe I can watch this on Sky. I won't. This will be a horrible battering
So we signed full back Mario Gaspar in the summer, then played Gosling at full back because Gaspar is crap and now Gaspar is playing central midfield. It's beautiful.
Best thing is to just consider this a reserve / U23 game, have a giggle when seeing the score later. We go again.
Maybe Gaspar has been a world-class centre mid all this time and he will be back in the Spain squad in a month? A Christmas miracle! (I have a lot of money riding on a Norwich win...)
A rather damning indictment of our youth system. I didn't expect anything else given the absence of ANY youngsters or what used to be called reserves. The best we can hope for is some effort from Freddie before he beggars off up the M1 and that no one else's head falls off.
