And you could say they haven’t really splashed out on top players but those with good PL experience and the lad from Lyon (I think ?) in midfield. Sure they spent big money but wisely it seems . Howe has got the best out of players already there like Joelinton
Yes Mr IBB made this point yesterday and as much as I dislike him ( Howe not Mr IBB!) I had to agree.
Lego head seems to have found a good set of bricks to build with, and he is still getting 110% percent most weeks out of a side that had no interest in working for Steve Bruce. Problem is, our situation is totally different financially, but do I really think our bunch of lazy easy to beat hornets would of reacted the same if Howe had taken over from CR70? No. Our players have a losing mentality, and any "rallying cry" is just click bait for their social media. It's going to take a long time to recover from this mess of a season, and it something the players' that do end up staying after the possible clear out need to fully take on board.
Ray certainly speaking more positively about the fans than Roy has! https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/20105981.ray-lewington-thanks-watford-fans-support/
If by “funnier” you mean “more peculiar” then yes, that’s true. They’re certainly not more comic, as anyone who has watched a Labrador stomping around in a puddle on Twitter would attest.
I understand it’s been a miserable season but unless it was te relegate the scum I can’t bring mussel to want my team to lose. We’re down and I get that but they’re still my team and I want to win and get some enjoyment from a home game
I agree with the first part, I like dogs but I'm generally not a fan of dog videos as it makes them look goofy and stupid and dogs are generally really intelligent. Not sure about more loving, maybe more empathetic but I prefer the brand of cats' love. I can't see myself getting a dog because they're higher maintenance and I might find their in-your-face nature and boisterousness irritating once the novelty has worn off. Unless you can get quieter dogs that can sense you just want to be left alone some days and are just happy to be taken on a short walk?
Norwich was the nadir and certainly we were good enough to beat them but putting that aside, that's one point and four home defeats against supposedly winnable opponents. It comes to a point where you have to wonder whether it's not the team not "turning up" so much as it simply not being good enough over the course of a season? Although certainly there have been some games that indicate we were good enough to get more than one point against those teams (Villa, Man Utd and Chelsea at home, Everton and Southampton away).
Woy is "unwell" so don't shout at him or say anything untoward. The useless, tetchy, dinosaur should be shown some sympathy before being binned.
No surprises there. I hope we see Kalu today, he's probably very bad, but he can't be worse than Sema surely?
I mean, on paper right now it’s probably our strongest / obvious team. If you were looking at form you’d think Kalu would struggle to put in a performance worse than Sarr has been recently. Doubt Roy cares, he’s on the beach.
If a centre back gets injured we have WTE to come on. If a centre mid gets injured we have Gosling to come on. If a winger gets injured we have Kalu or Sema to come on. Duxbury must be bitterly disappointed he's used great resources to create this catastrophically bad squad.
As someone who wants us to get battered, I'm delighted by this unimaginative dose of more of the same.
Speaking as someone who have lived with both > 20 years, though dogs can be hilarious, I feel cats are both funnier and more peculiar.
Cats give love because they want something in return, be that warmth, security or food. Dogs give love because they love you. I watched a documentary a few years that compared them. An owner and a stranger would both call a cat or dog from opposite sides of a room and both would go to their owner. If the stranger fed both for a week, the dog still went to its owner, the cat went to the stranger.
Everything they do is funny. Just watch funny cat you-tube videos. They are the best entertainment going. i used to be a dog person and hated cats. I then inherited one with Mrs TuT and now marginally prefer them. Our cat has me in stitches every day, half the time deliberately showing off and half the time by just coming up with crazy ways to entertain herself.
Kalu will bring more pace and skill on the right wing but unfortunately Roy likes playing the same team every now and then regardless of the results Sent from my TECNO P701 using Tapatalk
That's because you've rarely seen him play. At least I have watched about 40 games he has played in! Sent from my TECNO P701 using Tapatalk
