So now that hornetgags has wasted his vote, I urge others not to do the same. Dom, why are you suspicious of me? Do you really think I would try such a brace double bluff four days into a game to leave only two evil players remaining? That would be daft even beyond my remit.
I've no objections with anyone putting names out there as their suspects, Christ I do it as much as anyone, but I do think it would be helpful if you put some of your thoughts why with it
We'll see. The logic is sound which is why I stand by it. I'm actually looking at you because my instinct tells me you're not good.
Appreciate that you're in a position where you can only assume but as the Tinker I know for sure because I know the Wolf named me in the other message. If you accept he was the Tinker, then your logic falls apart. So just pointing out it's not the slam dunk you think it is.
Your argument only stands up if you assume he's the tinker. Swings and roundabouts. So the tinker can send messages?
No, he can't send messages. Not quite swings and roundabouts because as I'm the Harlot i know for a fact he was the Tinker. Whether you believe me or not is the only question you needed to consider.
Regarding Message #2, I did think whether the two wolves are taking the piss and voting for each other in an audacious way to deflect their voting history away from attention! In a way only, one way to find out. Will WAS be first to vote Grrwood today?
Hmm Message 2 is certainly intriguing. - WAS is the wolf and trying to set Grrwood up? - Grrwood hoping we'd assume the above and played a double bluff? - Grrwood is onto someone from Team Evil and they've stitched him up - Genuinely good Seer work and Grrwood is evil. It's interesting because WAS slipped up earlier when he said "IF" the wolves know each other. When it had been established that it was fact they knew each other's identities.
Yep, apart from being very quiet at times On day 1, twice before the 2nd message arrived he suggested that we vote for a random or non active player. He also didn’t vote on day 1 On day 2 Very soon after the 2nd message came out calling SLB as evil he said that he thought this message was from the seer. Later that day he said that SLB should be allowed to prove himself and go would vote for Ashton. On day 3 there were a few messages that went through quite early on I’m sure like everyone we all have our own suspicions and have seen things that we believe to be unusual. For me it was the above.
Just seen the 2nd message as I was typing that reply I think it's really up to Grrwood to defend himself rather than me push for his lynching
Morning all. RIP Pozz Man & Nisman. I agree that Chutlhu was lynched with little firm evidence (RIP C & sorry) but I don't agree that that was the case for DR - there was reasonable logic for that, if you believe SLB is the harlot.
So my logic is completely sound. First message from the wolf saying Daft Row was evil. Second message from the seer saying you were evil. I stand by it.
Actually I'm a bit disappointed with the seer, neither message makes any reference to previous viewings.
Interesting Dom, as they all voted for both CTH and DR. My hunch is the traitor is amongst the 6 that did vote both. Clearly they cant all be the traitor, most are clearly good. I would say the heavy posters amongst the following 6 should be viewed by seer and watched closely by the rest of us. The quiet ones unlikely to be the Traitor. I'm glad you mentioned that. I might have to look back over the rules, but how do we know the wolfs know each other
I agree, but in the ridiculous scenario that you both know each other as wolves and audaciously separating your voting history by being silly you have absolutely no reason to not vote for Grrwood today.
Otter you're right I voted for Grrwood on day 1 and day 3 so far. So have no reason not to vote for him again
Really doubt you'll find anything to go on from their comments. Any wolf worth their salt will make sure they avoid players who are pointing the finger at them for that very reason and try to get the accusers under suspicion themselves during the day. We have two players among us who have been named "evil" - SLB and Grrwood. We saw the damage we can do by lynching on a "hunch" (& I was one of the guilty ones) with poor Chutlhu. I can't see any alternative but to lynch one of these two. I am still minded to believe SLB, although I acknowledge we have no cast iron proof that he is good. But interesting that neither message today refers to having viewed him as "evil". Surely, if it had been the Seer, you would say again today - "I viewed SLB as evil two days ago; you must lynch him".
Just to prove the point that there aren't two wolfs taking the piss and being audacious by voting for each other, I have already voted for Grrwood
It s unfortunate that this far into the game we ve not got more to go on, but I agree at this stage we only have the players called EVIL from messages to go on....which at this stage is SLB and GRR
By the way, I am out and about for most of today & then going to watch daughter's school play so out from 5.30pm until about 10pm. So will have to vote early.
WAS with you posts yesterday I was pretty certain you were good, nothing has changed to alter my opinion about you! I agree with HH24 we now have 2 named evils among us, even though SLB's position looks to be sound. As I said a little while ago, both messages are poor but who can blame the wolf? If the first was the seer's then I'm disappointed, the wolf simply wrote another poor message to make it difficult to tell the two apart. Having said that, I don't see any reason to not vote Grrwood; but if he turns out to be good then the seer must look at NW Orn tomorrow.
I'm leaning towards voting Grrwood, it seems to make the most sense and carry the least collateral damage. WAS in an experienced player so I'm inclined to trust him with little else to go on. He also voted for Grrwood on Day 1 when it was impossible for them to know each other. Interested to hear what other theories people have on who's evil though!
