After Cristian Battocchio (which today agreed to continue the adventure in London for three more years), but the goalkeeper Manuel Almunia is linked to Watford with a new contract for next season.

    Believe it or not I posted this at about ONE MINUTE past six, I thought I had hit the wrong button or something? I suppose so many of us must have been trying to post at once that the system could not cope, but hey never mind, the important thing is HE HAS SIGNED!!!

    Edit: Furthermore, if Johnny Eustace is leaving us, this solves the new club captain dilemma IMO!!!
