ah you forget tho, he got the club out of the mire first, he only lost back what he earned the club in income - and infact the club ganed the freehold under his tenure... he took us bak to a better position than we were in when he took over. Jimbobscumcanut made things worse and worse and worse and filed for administration, treid to buy the club on a 3p a share payemnt trying to make [people believe it was a good offer - why then did they not ask LA etc etc to buy there shares for the 3p? Interesting how GS never demanded his loan stock shre thing of £500k even after being kicked out by jimbobdwarfcanut. GS kept deferring the repayment... Anyway it is all about perosnal opinion hence the vote... I remeber : Leeds 0 WFC 3 - under the guidance of one GS as Chairman - thats good enough for me.. Hmmm he pulled us out of the mire originally did he? Surely when our annual wage bill was £2.5mil pre promotion, GAINING promotion meant we were naturally out of the mire. Or so we thought. Increasing that wage bill from £2.5mil to SEVENTEEN MIL and then being stupid enough to not insert clauses into contracts that would have seen wage reductions across the board in line with relegation is what killed us. That and the fact he ***** **** ****** ** ****. I was mis informed.. on promotion i assumed (wrongly) that we would have millions to spent. Bizarrely we spent hardly anything (oh hang on, will hoskins, Lee Williamson, nathan ellinglump... my apologies), sold ashley young for £9mil, sold our soul to the council and pocketed £5mil yet still ended up fooked. He was the Mugabe of club chairman and thankfully our vegetable growing friends managed to dig up enough enough to force him out.. who's knows where we'd be now if they hadn't.
