Certainly not meant as a way to stir things up (I don't think anything can stir it up anymore at the moment as it is!) I'm not going Saturday, if I was though I don't think I would act any differently on Saturday. But I know some like to be vocal in their opinions and feelings. How will you and how do you think others will act on Saturday? More vocal support for BS? More vocal support / disapprovement for the players? Support / disapprovement for Dyer? Genuine question, just wondered what people feel as it stands (assuming no more news)
Banner showing my support for Beppe. Booing Dyer. Ignoring the rest to starve them of the attention they crave.
As a supporter in the lower graham taylor stand I will cheer everyone at the start of the game, if and when we score and at the end of the game. I will also cringe slightly everytime Harry the hornet hits the drum twice and expects people to shout "yellow army". If anyone boos they are a disgrace and I hope they are confronted by brave supporters sitting near them.
He should be. He changed the game on Tuesday night and is clearly one of the few winners we have in the squad after his experiences at Leicester last year. Ditch him at our peril I'd say.
Never booed a player in my life, apart from Dixon, and not starting tomorrow. I'm slightly bored of this now and just want to move on but I suspect it will linger on for a while yet
No difference from any other week, cheer them unless they don't deserve it (ala Uddersfield) - I hope Dyer is in the squad he is a game changer - just hope if there is still a difference in opinion he keeps it more private
Few beers before the game, miss the first & last 5 minutes of the first half, cheer the team (including the manager) on, more beer, miss the first 5 minutes of the second half, more cheering, clap the team and manager off at the end, more beer.
The transition from winger to wing-back is not particularly a hard one, being able to defend helps but mostly it's the mental discipline to chase back that leaves some players wanting. However it's the modern way and wingers that insist they can't do it will soon find themselves well down the squad list at any club.
Good call. They'll all f*** up at some point in the future, so we might as well get the boos in early.
Actually one way to put the issue to bed would be first time we score every player nearby runs around like Dyer did and mimicks him in a **** takey way.
What is needed is for the supporters to cheer everyone, but at different levels, reflecting their level of support for them. Richard Short should be brought back with a clapometer at the side of the pitch to judge who gets the loudest support. The results should be published via Frank Smith on Twitter and then The Pozzos should act accordingly. Either that or just the usual mutters and grumbling
