What will be the best away days? Is there any fixtures that are rubbish times or dates? Whats your thoughts? -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, 09 August 2008 The Coca-Cola Football League Championship Crystal Palace v Watford, 15:00 --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Very tough start but Im thinking November looks pretty good. Games look harder this year but then I say that every year. Could it be ive lowered my expectations?
Reading, Birmingham and Derby are no doubt better than West Brom, Stoke and Hull. No way are we going to be getting automatic promotion, playoffs at best.
I agree. Im a touch annoyed at qpr away (traditionally a large pi*s up) is one day before my 18th, but ho hum.
Xmas Period looks pretty tough Sat Dec 6 Birmingham City (A) Tue Dec 9 Norwich City (H) Sat Dec 13 Coventry City (H) Sat Dec 20 Derby County (A) Fri Dec 26 Bristol City (H) Sun Dec 28 Queens Park Rangers (A)
preston and burnley, the 2 longest away trips on a tuesday night :doom: derby at home last game of season... could be a crucial game.
My thoughts on this seasons fixtures - were playing every team in our division twice, once at our ground and once at theirs, again.
As opposed to it being the day AFTER your 18th, so you could join in with the pishup, eh? Or have I got it wrong, you little terror?
That is, by a long shot, the best analysis on here. What the feck am I supposed to think about a list of 46 games?
I'm not surprised by the teams we've got to play, though I must admit, I hadn't guessed the order in which we'd play them. Edit: Sorry, I hadn't bothered to read the thread. It seems WA got there first.
Errr why ? There's no public transport on boxing day thus making any potential away trip difficult to get to. Home game on Boxing Day is GOOD.
yeah its all very good joining in the **** up that day but im off on a four day bender the next day, whether my poor little liver will cope all 5 days is yet to be seen.
I'll think we will reach the play offs in the season after this one. But only if it is a weak Division One.
