we have got ian henderson on laon from norwich for the season and signed chris o'grady for £65k. both not as good as hoskins

viera (tiggy) is doing ok, seems to be a bit of a dirty player, but thats what we need at the moment. has a decent first touch, but at times doesnt know what to do with it, but we are on a bad run, so its hard for him.

Lets hope he can get better and help keep us up. same goes with machine and hoskins ;D

I meant to ask you why did Ronnie Moore go (I missed out on that at the time) - was it due to the financial problems?

 

it was the other board that got rid of him. we didnt win for 22 games at the start of that season. but non of the fans wanted him to go. then after the draw at crewe, he went to the board and siad either give me a new deal now, or i will go. he was out of contract at the end of that season.

so that was the downfall of rotherham. but knilly worked under ronnie and has done a good job keeping us up last season and we hope even with no money and the -10 he can save us again.

you have a great manager, he took you up with nothing, even though your not doing the best in the prem, stcik with him and get behind the team, they will come good.

Exactly how sure are you? I didn't see much evidence today although to be fair why play the guy wide right in the second half? He should have been off at half time and Macca on.
