For those of us who have not got tickets, should we be worried? It is possible that just less than half the allocation has been taken up at this stage circa 14 -15k. This means that there are about 20K left. Hopefully the majority of season ticket holders and their loved ones have now been catered for. The fans that are left are the occasional visitors to the Vic and/or those abroad. I am fairly confident that I will get the tickets, but there is a nagging doubt. Saturday morning could be stressful!

I think that the people that want to go will be able to go. You may not be able to sit where you hoped but you'll still be in the stadium. Once Friday evening comes around and they change the criteria for being able to purchase tickets then there will be more of an idea.

Can someone who ordered online confirm whether you can only choose which block you'd like to sit in and the system then allocates seats within it or if like with normal home games you can choose the individual seat you'd like to sit in by looking at a stadium plan?

Can only choose the block. It then allocates seats. If you are ordering for a few people and would prefer a "block" rather than a row then it'd be best to phone as they'll be able to see what is available on screen.

To add to the earlier reply, the person I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and followed my request to check block by block for certain seats and then told me the row number so that I could decide there and then, or do a further search. He was obviously a bit rushed but didn't turn down any request I made.

All season ticket holders won't take their full allocation at 2 each, although people aren't getting there first choices I think all WFC fans will get tickets.

if doing it online - it random slects seats and row in the block you request - you can then change these if you don't want them...although many ppl saying that it just kicks them off after a few attempts

Anyone else loving the fact that there are (we are assuming) over 30,000 Watford fans fighting for seats at Wembley! I mean there are only about 90,000 people in Watford, and at least 45,000 of them are Chelsea / Arsenal. I know there are a few ex pats, but still!

I need to wait until Tuesday too. We have always used my brother's Fan ID to book tickets for the last couple of years between four of us depending on who could go to what matches. I have a fan ID but haven't used it independently since 2008.

I am really worried that a) we won't get 4 tickets and b) if we do they will be 2 + 2 due to two being bought on Saturday and two being bought on Tuesday!

Likewise. I just think of the good days, like Plymouth away under Lewington on a cold Tuesday night, with Bruce Dyer hitting the bar, one of the first female linesman who was shocking and the like. The good days where you'd have no issue or wait getting tickets.

Any Glory Hunter wanting a ticket should be able to get one no problem.

Our average gate this season is under 13,500. Take out 1500 average for away fans and that's below 12,000 home fans.

Our Wembley allocation is nearly 3 times that figure.

PS: Joking about Glory Hunters, the more the merrier....

On the upside the club aren't being a cynical as Palace who appear to be letting people jump the priority queues by buying season tickets for next season or memberships for this season now.

Yet the allocation is smaller than what we have previously taken. I'm sure there will be people who miss out.

The thing is they are buying a membership for this season. After the playoff final, it runs out. I don't know how much they cost but it's more income for the club.

Hence me saying it's cynical. Selling something that is basically useless almost immediately to desperate people.

Can't see tickets reaching general sale ie no record on our database espeically if Palace sell out their allocation & tickets remain unsold towards the end of next week

As loyal1 said the players and staff can buy what tickets they like in whichever category so I would imagine a block of each has been held back.

Players/Staff don't buy tickets, they get free complimentary, or will be in boxes.

Jimmy, everyone I know locally, and I mean everyone, wants to go to Wembley to see Watford. Club allegiances have gone out of the window, we seem to be everyone's second team. Have no doubt, this will sell out completely.

Just hope Watford fans get them first then. ST holders/Members buying for people whose 2nd team is Watford can f-off.
