Hope you smash them. Always hated Stockport since CM01/02, when Aaron Wilbraham would always score late winners against me. Scum.

Always hated them. Ex Mrs TuT and her family are from there. Horrible lot. 20 years ago they were in the same league as us, drawing and beating us. Look at them now, lovely. In fact seasons 2011-13 were fab with L**** & this mob both in non-league football having been in the champ with us in the not too distant past.

Even though Stockport have been a non-league club for over a decade (one of my colleagues in my last job was a Stockport fan when they were in the depths of Conference North) it's weird to think of this as a league fixture. When I became a football fan, they seemed like Crewe and Grimsby to be a well-established club in the old Division 1, and they even had a rivalry (albeit short-lived and one-sided) with Manchester City. They've been somewhat hit-and-miss this season, this is the kind of game they need to win to have another stab at promotion back to the Football League.

Stockport 1-0 up through Scott Quigley. Don't know anything about him apart from the fact he's played for mostly Welsh and northern clubs, largely in the Welsh league or non-league.

Hope Wealdstone fans and any Watford fans in attendance are enjoying the game despite the result and cold weather.
