I don't think there is much risk of this under Xisco, this was Ivic's tactics.

 

Last post on this as it is miles off topic. If our true chances of promotion are 2/1 after we tinned Ivic. If appointing a totally under qualified manager makes our true odds 3/1, even if he defies variance it’s still a theoretically poor appointment. It’s the difference between expected result and actual result.

Essentially it would be the fool Pozzo getting lucky. But, hey, you might look at Xisco’s CV and think he has improved our chances all things being equal. In which case good for you.
