If you want Pozzo out like I do, then I suggest the following:
    • Stop paying to watch **** football on Hive Live
    • Don't buy any club merchandise
    • Unfollow the club on social media (why would you want that toxicity on your timeline anyway?)
    • Unsubscribe from the club's marketing emails
    • Stop caring about WFC. You can be sure as **** that the owner does not care about you so don't give him or those overpaid nincompoops the time of day
    Life is easier without football.

If this idiot wants to play 442, which he clearly does, then give him what he needs. Two midfielders who can use the ball well and get around the pitch. Instead they've given him a slow motion robot in Chalobah, an ageing headless chicken in Cleverley and added Cleverley 2.0 to the ranks yesterday. I'm excluding Hughes because he's a glorious footballer and we're lucky to have him.

It means nothing. Like everything else he says. It's just pidgin English bland management speak. At least Ivic would listen to a question, and answer it quite frankly, often identifying what was wrong even if he couldn't fix it. This guy doesn't even make any sense. He is an idiot.

Well we know one thing he scribbled in that famous notepad of his when learning the ropes, ‘must make substitutions at 65 minutes’.

It means his English is genuinely not at a level to be speaking it to interviewers - it feels like an odd point of stubborn pride, to be honest - he should just do a Bielsa and use a translator - there is even one there behind the camera for when he's really stumped anyway; I've literally seen him throw to them for an answer before now.

I think he is picking the team with the aid of this genius tactics simulator handed down at great expense from Gino and the Gang.

    Yea that is poor.

    Everything game is important!

Smacks of when Zola changed the whole team at times .

    Complacent .

I'm not one to moan about head coaches not being able to speak English but didn't that lickspittle Leventhal say that he was completely fluent in English and would be comfortable communicating to the players and fans? Pretty sure he said Xisco liked to play attacking football as well lol.

Personally I thought the team were clueless after the subs.

Yes Ken came on and gave us some threat down the left. JP needed to get in the game more but he was subbed for Gray.

Yes Clevs and Chabs can do the work. They are bloody knackered. Took Hughes off.

Gray has to his credit has hit the net (albeit the wrong side of the post) and has worn the yellow shirt and is trying...

Meanwhile I going to cheer myself up with a game of FM 15 and a craft brew with Isaac Success as a top scorer

  12. If the opposition have 3 in the middle we need 3 in the middle. So that means a narrow 433 or 352 or 451

Deeney up top on his own is beyond useless, and because we've never developed Success properly we don't have an alternative 9. So I'd have gone 352 tonight, particularly as we didn't have a left back for 4, but ken is a decent left wing back. a 352 would also mean Hughes central.

    I would have probably gone

    Bachmann
    Ngakia TEK Salta Wilmot Sema
    Hughes Cleverley Chalobah
    Deeney Sarr/Pedro

Ngakia on his proper side. Hughes central. Match up in the middle 3 v 3 = no overload. Deeney in a 2.

Wouldn't be too upset with Deeney in the '10' role in a 4-2-3-1 behind JP or Sarr though the middle.

Think he plays his best football behind the striker, especially when he linked up well with Vydra and Ighalo it was usually down to him dropping deeper and them two playing on the shoulder of the centre backs. Like you say, all irrelevant, we all have our opinions but the reality is nothing will change.

Deeney contractually has to play, but he takes up a forward position, but he can’t score. He plays as a sort of pound shop number 10, but that means not only are we playing a striker that can’t score goals subsequently wasting a position, we’re also playing a striker that can’t make runs to give options for our stretched and outnumbered midfield: See above for why it’s stretched and outnumbered.

it’s an absolute joke, it really is.

Tbf to Cleverley he has scored goals for us from midfield. Has a decent shot in him. I would continue to play him for that reason. We need all the goals we can get!
Its Chalobah or Hughes in a 4-4-2 for me, not both. And we got Gosling in the running too. If Gosling can score from midfield, then maybe we wont need Cleverley in midfield. Will leave it to Xisco.

Yes, of course they did, because that kind of little englander get-em-fired-up bollox plays well with the same sections of English football support that form 'football alliances' and post tweets like the one I put in here a page or two back - in reality, demanding a coach speak English is utterly unproductive, unless they can actually speak English to an appropriate level - now we have the worst of all worlds; idiotic platitudes that manage to make no sense whatsoever and mean nothing at all, and poor communication amongst players and coaching staff. Not that he has much to communicate to them, but all the same.

I saw my first ever game in 1972 at home to QPR. We lost 0-2 and I loved it despite the result. Now, just like a former big boss of mine, I stick both of my hands on my greying head and proclaim "This is a complate disaster!!!!".

What is he even banging on about!? Don't get me wrong, i'm glad he's not come out and said he was happy with the effort like some of the previous wallies we've had in charge, but what he's said doesn't even make sense. It was down to playing players out of position in a system that doesn't suit our current players AND a lack of effort and passion.

You really talk a crock full of *****.

28 minutes before the team even exerted itself. Yet for the last couple of weeks all we have heard is the side need to start better. What goes on at the training ground ? Do they consume mogadon a couple of hours before kick off and the effect don't wear off for a while ?

    No I don't think so!
Tonight was the straw that probably broke most of the moderate camels' backs on here.
We have been difficult to watch all season and most people can see another long stretch in this league before we can mount a serious challenge. That's if we don't go the way of Blackpool,Bolton etc.
It's hard to be optimistic tonight.

It’s beyond boring having to repeat myself.

The squad is old, tired and disjointed. There’s just SO much wrong I don’t know where to start.

Deeney is a massive, massive part of it. Yes has good games but every exciting line up I can think of involves him being on the bench, nothing changes until he goes.

We needed to do more work in the summer and January to repair this squad, I don’t even want to go up as it is because I don’t trust them to do what’s required.

We’re staying in this division, we’re going to lose Sarr, Hughes & Femenia, maybe even Pedro.

Hopefully we can then get Deeney, Gray, Sucess and any more expensive wages off the books and rebuild properly but currently we won’t have a young core to build around if we stay down nor a good squad enough if we go up.

Extremely worrying times, we could be here for 10 seasons.

Good to know Zorro, necktie and meathead know their photoshop filter library well. Spend more time on PR stunts than actual concrete work in advancing the on pitch side of things. They are living in a soap opera of their own making. WATFORD starring Gino Pozzo.

Even worse, it was the club itself who bigged up his attacking football:
