It might have been an issue with my hotel. I was in the family friendly section, but I believe their "adults only" (I presume a euphemism for "swingers") section had wifi all round. For us with kids, we only had wifi in reception, and even then, it was terrible on an Ipad - constantly dropping off.

PM me if you want any other info on CV, so as not to hijack the thread.

It was the right decision - just baffling that the lino didn't give it when he was so close. The ref took his time giving it but it was the right call. Plenty of bad decisions on Saturday, but not that one.

Couple of mates (who weren't at the game) were speaking to some Norwich fans in town on Saturday evening. Apparently they reckon Watford were awful and Norwich dominated from start to finish despite us having the ref in our back pocket!!??

Missed from the above quoted thoughts of Troy Deeney:-

“Again today we’ve lost three points - although I am not saying we wouldn’t have lost even if the penalty was given."

    The what now?

You protest too much. The pen was an appalling decision. It was also blatant cheating but can't be revisited in retrospect. Personally I hope Hoolahan's house burns down with his wife and kids in it. However, we've had six pens awarded to us this season and five against us. We've had five players sent off and three opponents have been sent off.

Going through our matches this season I reckon that, adding up where we got lucky and unlucky, we are currently one point better off than we deserve to be.

Hardly the statistics of a conspiracy against us is it?

What the hell you been smoking.
Would love to see your theory behind this.

I look forward to the FA coming out and telling Jose this.

Oh, that's right. They won't. So what you describe is a secret vendetta against him because of his previous behaviour.

No. Chelsea had a justified reputation for diving at the start of the season. Now they're not getting decisions. Cry wolf often enough and see what happens. Simple really. No need for a 'vendetta'.

What theory? It's quite simple really. There's no 'conspiracy'. We get bad decisions, so do other teams. Some on here need to grow up and certainly try and keep up.

But you are saying that the refs are getting their own back right?

So you balance the good luck with the bad luck this season and come out with us being 1 point better off. Yet you do not post any evidence to show this. Anyone can say we have more luck than bad luck, without anything to back it up....you may as well say we're 15 points better off than we should be.

But coming from someone that wishes Hoolahan's family to burn in a fire, including his kids, is it any wonder you have no grasp of reality......That's a pretty sick thing to say, even by your standards.

Was it just me but it looked like Hoolahan dived in the build up to the Jerome strike as well. Certainly went over very easily. Should have been sent off for 2 yellows for simulation and goal disallowed.
There put that one on your list HB1.

How Jerome wasn't booked in the first half is beyond me.

    1. Kicking the ball away unnecessarily, this was the second Norwich player to do that. I can understand the ref not booking him as it was early in the game
    2. Deliberate handball to in the ball in a key area. Deliberate handball is supposed to be a straight yellow
    3. Dive in attempt to get Ekstrand sent of. Ref didn't care less
    4. Late tackle on Ekstrand under the linesman's nose. Maybe not necessarily a booking in it's own right, but the above list should have had the referee taking action
    5. On scoring goading the crowd.

Seems like the ref was in no mood to book Jerome at all.

However at 0-1 we win a free kick in the middle of the pitch, Watson tries to get the ball from Norwih player's grasp who refused to let go and gets booked for it, but no Norwich booking. I would love to see the explanation of that, but can only assume that Watson did a Marlon King and called the Norwich player a ****.
