I would argue that many fans don't believe this but hey ho.

I feel there is no coincidence between Knockaerts deflected effort and the riots in Maidstone prison today.

Majority of our fans don't think the Championship is beneath them. Leave that to Forest and Leeds.

We've spent our whole history yo-yoing between the Prem and Champ. Apart from one little hiccup in League One.

My mistake...;) I do apologize to all Leicester fans. Some say they even invented the universe. A one dimensional, delusional one full of black holes also known as their minds.

You forgot the mention the biggest club of all.....Leeds United. Everyone knows where they were when Leicester drew 0-0 with Leeds earlier this season. It's a fixture that stops wars for 90 minutes, while everyone tunes in.

Also please sign the petition to free Richard III from his incarceration in Leicester. Even back then he knew the place was a sh ithole.

On a serious note what are you going to do if you don't go up this year? Isn't it 11 players who are out of contract? and FFP?

Let's be honest, Lesta aren't going up this season.

This will be the highlight for them. Cover of the season review DVD etc.

They'll be the next Portsmouth. Schmeichel's £40k a week will see to that.

In all seriousness, speaking as a neutral, I would say Leicester and Leeds have the most arrogant and delusional set of fans in the Championship. Now, even though I think Leeds supporters are c0cks, they do have a reason for thinking they are a big club for the Championship. I cannot understand why Leicester have this attitude though. To me you are similar in standing to Birmingham or Derby, but not as big as Forest.

You have every reason to expect to be challenging for the playoffs, but that's your area of expectation, nothing more. To have this arrogant attitude over other clubs in the Championship which shows a complete lack of understanding and respect. This is probably why you've been in League One more recently than the Premier League.

    Can't agree there.

If this episode between our clubs had been between you and Forest, you'd see a whole new level of delusion.

I wish it had. They at least are a decent club with proper fans. I would respect them as an equal club of stature to Watford. Big clubs respect other big clubs.

I look forward to that day when the news is announced that Lesta have gone into administration, the ground is being sold back to Walkers and they have to play at Notts County's ground.

A fitting end to a nothing club with about as much stature as a half eaten croissant.

I wasnt confidant going into todays game as we havent been playing well recently. As it was I thought both sides where pretty poor today and ultimately they took their chances while we didnt. The scoreline flatters Leicester imo and certainly isnt a fair reflection of the game. We had more possesion and created more chances. Anya,Deeney & Fossi all missed gilt edged chances where as Leicester had four shots on target & scored 3 goals.

Considering the form Leicester where in coming into the match they where no where near as good as I thought they would be and if anything looked decidely beatable. Having said that we looked pretty ropey ourselves and we dont even look like the team that started the season never mind the side that played so well last season. What the game did highlight yet again is that there is some serious issues with our squad at the moment.

One area I did thinkLeicester outclassed us for the whole match was in center midfield. McGuggan in particular had a mare, and though I havent read every post match comment on this forum, im surprissed he hasnt come in for more of a slating. I dont like to get on players backs but he was easily the worst player on the pitch today. Leightweight, weak in the tackle, second to nearly every ball, easily wrong footed and guilty of giving the ball away cheaply. Would have subbed him at half time instead of Murray (who didnt do too badly imo).

Likewise Deeney had another quiet game. While I think calling him lazy is probaly unfair, he has been little more than a passanger recently. He could probaly do with being rested and taking a step back but we dont have anybody to replace him.

We looked much better after half time when Fabrinni came on and played in the hole behind the front two. We looked much more dangerous going forward and we started to get Anya into the game, who had the beating of the left back.

Atm we have too many players not performing individually or as a team and there does at times seem to be a lack of confidence or belief at times. We arnt playing with the same tempo as last season and we do look ponderous at times. I'm still not convinced that we have the players to play the system or formation that Zola wants. Recently we have looked much better playing a 3-4-1-2/4-3-1-2.

What I will say is what a fantastic effort by the 1881 today. Sang throughout and showed terrific support and they where still singing at the final whistle. Leicester fans where poor throughout.

Bloody nora...... We're pleased we won today, understandably.

I just don't get the massive overreaction. I'm lost for words really at the shamefully childish lack of grace and dignity. If you win like a ****, what's the point? I have no particular affection towards Watford, yes I've stuck around on the forum but that's because I like chatting with the people on here. Nor do I loath and detest Watford. I really cannot understand where people are coming from.

A lot of Leicester fans felt Watford fans were undignified in celebrating the PO win, but let me tell you (and I know everyone on FoxesTalk is still checking this forum every 10 minutes) there's far less dignity in responding in such a pre-planned, ***-for-tat manner. Why can't some fans just ENJOY THE ****ING GAME? Revel in the win with each other and if you do feel compelled to communicate with the opposition, discuss football. Not try to fuel a non-existent rivalry. In doing so, the next time the clubs come together we might have an enjoyable experience and develop a mutual respect. Why live in a contrived atmosphere of jealousy and dislike? Its simply too much effort and is worth nothing.

Couldnt agree more. Leicester have the biggest collection of arrogant, bitter, delusional supporters outside of Leeds.

What on earth was the club thinking when they put the video of Deeney's goal on before the match? Not only was it ****ing rude, but to the opposition - there's your motivation on a plate.

Anyone with even a passing interest in the team's form could see this was a game we were as likely to lose as win. Playing the video sets the club up to look really tinpot.

Bit late for submissions to the Nobel Committee awarding the Peace prize this year Filbert ? I don't mind Filbert or Denise but I'd throw several of the Foxestalk forumers into the clink for the general safety of the public. Getting irked by reading this are we ? Good.

I thought the display was unprofessional today. Basic footballing 'rules' ignored.

Pass after pass from wide areas or defence into the centre midfield putting our own players under pressure.
    Marking often slack.
Players refusing to take responsibility to advance with the ball.
Poor movement off the ball esp first half.
Too many touches and releasing the ball to late.

    etc.

Poor passing and negative play led to the first goal rather than bad luck.

Moose if I get the manager's job would you like to be my assistant ? We could play War of the Worlds as some of the entry music as well and I am sure I could persuade Leo to sign for us.

In all seriousness the same issues which have plagued the side before have cropped up again. It is to a degree inexcusable. And that spot of defensive midfielder allied to Abdi's absence if affecting the team. The way things are we do need to make sure we keep in touch at least until January.

That was 6 years ago almost to the day. We had started the season well but nobody was that confident and the "football team" won that day. We reached the play offs without ever looking convincing. Next season AB was gone-BR was there for a while and behind the scenes it was falling apart.

Last year we exceeded expectations and had high hopes for this one. Whilst the football is much better now than before GFZ/Pozzos, we do not look like the same side as last season. Lacking pace and tempo we still look frail in midfield and we do not know our best side. Of course one or two changes-Batto or Acuna might make a difference and we miss Abdi but these things happen. Even with him back the spark of last year is not there (yet).

Lesta looked a well organised physical championship team with some flair and pace-we only have this in patches.

I would rather look to go up with the nucleus of a side that with a few additions could sustain Premier league status like Southampton otherwise we will be like a firework as in our two previous visits. At present we do not have it and did not last year so i am relaxed about today, seeing progress on the stadium and with a side capable of looking up the league not down it trying to get to 52 points asap.

We have helped create our own high level of expectations this season-so far we are falling short with maybe three stonking wins and narrow victories/defeats-today we were outplayed overall hence the reference to the WBA game of 2006. It may not be defining but lets not beat ourselves up considering the progress/stability we have now in terms of ownership/stadium/players

You are as clueless as Zola. Don't get me wrong, us completely embarrassing you lot today was brilliant, enjoyed every bit of it. Loved rubbing your noses in it - especially after you tools ran on the pitch last season - in effect celebrating staying up in the Championship. Today was great, I'm not denying that. But to say that this was the highlight of our season? Well, you've got a lot to learn.

Whether we are going up or not this season remains to be seen. I think we will. But what is absolutely clear is that you aren't.
