Somebody mentioned he's had Covid recently so maybe he's struggling. Hasn't looked great when he has played this season

He's hardly unique in that regard. I'd say he deserves more of a chance than the more proven dross we continue to persevere with

It is not a myth at all. He looks scared sh1tless when he has the ball and simply hasn't played well when he has played.
Of course a deflected goal counts but it's unlucky, not something we could say very often this season about our defence. The last two games we have looked far tighter at the back so changing that for a player that looked good in a lower league 8 months ago makes no sense

Agreed, but as I mentioned to Nath, the last two games we've looked far better defensively and I would rather stick with the same players so hopefully they can build as a unit. We'll lose this 4-0 and I'll look like a prize pillock

I'm assuming he doesn't live past 96, so he's middle aged.

Will be a brilliant signing for them. Delofeu on the left wing while having Kalu on the right, I will take that.

Yeah that's fair on the starting defenders, however, it would be preferable if our bench contained promising players who might develop ahead of proven duds.

I ******* give up. This lot won't win another game all season.

I'd be surprised if we manage 5 goals on our remaining relegation tour

Surprise surprise - get in a defensive manager and then have no attacking threat and still concede every game. Who'd have thought?

The commentator I'm listening to claimed that Roy got annoyed when he was asked if the shackles were coming off today. Supposedly responded what shackles. This is just QSF mk 3, we have almost certainly lost this. Expect Sarr to get a 5 min cameo at the end.

Had we made it to half time I'd have given us a shot with Sarr finally ready to come back during the break.

Conceding now has killed us. Literally 2 minutes away.

It's no coincidence whatsoever that our slide down the table has happened exactly since we lost our best player. We've basically managed to get relegated before getting him back to give us a chance of staying up.

Easily one of the worst teams of the PL era. Feel bad for Kamara, he’s far too good for us.

Is that way he casually jogged over to Lamptey in a non-existent attempt to block the cross for the goal?

    Truly sobering.

Brighton a side that came up a few years after us and now look absolutely light years ahead of us.

I honestly don't know where the next goal is coming from let alone a win.

If Roy thinks that putting out the oldest midfield in footballing history is going to keep us up then I dispair.

Lowest I've felt as a Watford fan in years honestly

    Absolutely nothing about this squad.

**** Roy Hodgson and his banks of four at home.

**** Scott Duxbury and his lies.

Officially had enough, a nothing performance. Again and again, last 5 games had about 10 mins worth of excitement across them. And that was the 45-55 mins that we managed to look okay for today.

    Disgusting football club.

I feel like protesting or something. Genuine anger at what we’re being through right now and I’m not even someone who’s life revolves around Watford FC but we’re being absolutely mugged off as fans right now.

We are nailed on for bottom. Probably a game or two away from the players giving up. My prediction is Roy doesn't make it to the end of April.

No doubt. We can't score, can't defend. Its the classic relegation combo

If we pick up 5 more points I'll be amazed

That's curtains on our season (although the writing has been on the wall for quite some time now). I don't think even the most optimistic Watford fan can argue that we've got any chance of staying up now.

We've scored the least amount of home goals this season in the top four leagues. Taking in our freak win 4-1 over Manchester United that skews it, that's a terrible statistic.

At least the EFL season starts at the end of July, so we don't have long to wait until our performances begin to improve under a new manager.

Give it to Harry the Hornet until the end of the season. It'll give us a bit of a laugh if nothing else.

    Absolutely dreadful.

Hodgson had to abandon his dreary negative football at half-time as it's completely hopeless. Looked better for a bit when we stopped playing with 4 central midfielders and we even managed a shot on target after 87 minutes!

Did the commentator say it's our longest run without a win since 1999?

Played really well. Dominated in second gear, and played some slight stuff at times.

Unlucky with the result and on another day could have scored 3 or 4.

No chance that team is going down
